Best place to eat at Butlins - the 2 Scottish guys working the bar and kitchen were the friendliest staff we met during our entire stay, we wish we hadn't left it until the last night to go there. The ribs were soft and flavoursome, the stacked burger was bursting with lots of different and wonderful flavours, the kid's burger was scrummy, both the skin-on fries and sweet potato fries were really tasty and oh my - the brownie shake was delicious, if a little thinner in consistency than I expected. Thank you for helping to make our last meal in the complex our best meal.

Came for dinner on Monday, didn't have booked table beforehand. I had to have from kids/junior menu as adult was very restricted for fussy and vegetarian adult eaters...Haha... Tomato pasta with 2 sides, sweetcorn, and garlic bread was for me, plain pasta, cucumber sticks and garlic for our little one, which was lovely as usually what she has that everywhere. Out meat eaters had burgers- mega mountain and sloppy joe- both very happy with. Tried their apple pie and chocolate Brownie- both with vanilla ice cream, both good. We were served by very friendly lady. It definitely wasn't 5 star service, but was good overall.

Great place to eat while at Butlins, the burger I had was great! Really flavoursome and good portion size for the price. The kids meals are also great value for money! Only thing I would suggest working on is the cocktails, I had a long island ice tea and it was completely overpowered by a lime taste (probably cordial?). But overal I would definitely recommend eating here!

Loved the atmosphere and decor. My kind of music the 50s playing. The food was delicious, and my grandchildren loved the milkshakes. Staff very friendly and efficient. Theresa was lovely and helpful 😀

50/60 themed restaurant with a modern twist on it. Hospitality: 4.7/5 staff catering was tad slow + not the quickest for clearing plates. (Unsure how reliable if we had a problom). Chefs kept to a very good time on preparing to dishing out. 👍 Food: 4.8/5 I had my usual burger which was okay. The patty was a tad on the overdone side; but then again it fits the theme. My relatives had: chicken n ribs, 'memphis style' bbq ribs where were amazing. And the others had new York style chicken which was one of the best dishes they ever had. 👏 For desert I had the oreo cookie monster. It was silly heavenly. Gl trying one of those. Milk🧋 Building: 5/5 very modern as already said. Atention to detail is seen to compliment the theme. Technically they don't have a toilet as its located within the walk in arcade other side. The jukebox is a nice feature to the decor. 🎶 (Unsure If it's works though).

Excellent service. There was a queue outside to get in a Martin ( I think is a manger) came out apologised about the wait and gave us a rough ETA on when a table would be available and the wait on food. Once we had a table ordered and the food came very quick Very good portions Tasted great Even though it was very busy, nothing seemed to much for the servers. The picture is of The Mega Mountain burger It tasted great and was very filling

Fantastic experience tonight at The Diner. Kenny who served us was fantastic, recommended the wings too start and he was not wrong. Top notch service to match the quality of food.

Pretty ok good food. The ribs could of done with a bit more seasoning as if no sauce would be quite bland. Sloppy Joe burger was good. Onion rings nicely cooked, crunchy and not oily. Burger was a little dry. Cheesy fries were good as were sweet potato fries. Crunchy and not oily. No comment on service as ordered via the app.
