A couple of weeks ago I was running late from work, but had promised my daughter a Subway kids meal as a treat. She was so excited, but when I got there Lisa and Mel were just about to leave as it gone closing time. When I asked them both for help they were so amazing and re-opened what they needed to to make my daughter her tea. So many negative reviews are left these days, but I wanted to take the time to thank you Lisa and Mel for such superb customer service, and for putting a smile on my daughters face that night...priceless. Loyal customer here, and I am certain you will see me buying more sandwiches from you in the future :-D 10/10
This is by far the best Subway in Cornwalll. It's always clean warm and welcoming. I eat salad bowls and they are fantastic many other subways could learn a lot from this one.
To be fair only went in because pasty shop had sold out. ..but good value
