Very good food served in lovely surroundings and great value for money. Was expecting wetherspoons style food but the new owners have produced high quality food .

Called in for a quick drink and a bite to eat, the lady who served us was lovely, made us feel really welcome and made a fuss of our dachshund Rita. Ordered food and it was with us within 15 mins, piping hot and really good. Didn't get the lady's name that served us but she is a credit to the owners. Keep up the good work 😀😀😀

Pleasant spoons, one of the least ghastly carpets I've seen! Pleasant staff, nice selection of real ales. Food was surprisingly hot and fresh. Oh... and it has an Organ!!!!

I went here for lunch this week. Food nothing fancy but we'll cooked and served hot. Staff very pleasant helpful. We ate outside and I dropped my wallet. The young girl even tried to find me on social media to let me know. I called them and they said that they had it. Will definitely return.

No longer owned by Wetherspoons but hard to tell the difference other than the menu being different. Interior is exactly the same. Warm welcome from bar staff with a couple of local ales. The one I had from Tintagel was very nice. Very quiet for a Saturday night.

I'm local and this was a weatherspoons. Someone took it over and I didn't use it as they didn't do hot drinks in the day. I think it's been taken over again and they do hot drinks. Came in for two hot drinks only today. Really nice hot drinks and very good price. Don't need spoonies. The young blonde girl with glasses serving is an asset to the owners. Didn't have a name badge sorry. She was so polite and working so much on her own. Rushing around and keeping people happy. She brought our drinks over and was serving food and working the bar. Will visit again.

No longer a Wetherspoons and not busy when I visited. I had the brunch burger which at £9.99 was good value as besides the cheeseburger, sausage, bacon and egg in the bun it came with chips and onion rings and was still hot when I was served with it. Obviously cooked fresh. Excellent.

Unfortunately stopped doing food on a Saturday at 8.30. We specifically diverted to Bodmin to go there- Wetherspoons usually serve food until late. Not this one unfortunately. Looked great inside. Shame

Fast and friendly service. Food was also very good. Being a wetherspoons floor staff myself I can say they need one or two, as tables were filled with peoples previous meals etc to the point where people were walking out as they couldn’t find a place to sit
