Was really pleased to see we could take our dog inside to eat today . Were made to feel really welcome and provided a little snack for our pup too. Our food was lovely and were so full we had to take our desserts home! Can highly recommend the chocolate brownie too and Chip was so relaxed he fell asleep on the sofas .

30/08 *Had a lovely impromptu stop for lunch. Chicken gyros for me. Great value. My only niggle was that we'd bought 4 meals and 4 hot drinks and when one of our party asked for 1 glass of tap water he was refused saying they don't offer that. Offered us a bottle instead for £1.20. I'm not sure they should have refused us to be honest. It was a warm afternoon and he had eaten salted beef flatbread. Mean spirited and off-putting * Stopped for coffee and cake after walking our elderly Jack Russell. We sat outside as it was a pleasant afternoon. The cake portions are extremely large! We should have shared one but will know for the future. A very friendly young lady asked us if everything had been ok and it was. Will be back as we live locally.

Been meaning to visit here for quite a while and wasn't disappointed. Just popped in for coffee and a scone, the cheese scone was delicious. Going by the busyness of the place and the lunchtime menu I can see why. I intend to go back very soon to sample it myself.
