Really friendly staff and excellent food. 2 good private rooms you can have for around 6-8 people in each. I have been here numerous times and always enjoy the food and drink whether eating in or takeaway.

Twice we have had a fabulous meal from the healthy option menu and both times we have not been disappointed. Food is fabulous!
We went for delivery this second time, called up to check for eta as ordered on the app which didn’t give me a time - discovered it had left over 20 mins ago (only 10 mins away) - quick chat between the restaurant and driver and all good - sat nav was incorrect and on wrong end of town. Meal was still piping hot on arrival and still in pristine condition. Will definitely be using them again.
Lovely food, the restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly, respectable and polite, can’t fault it, highly recommended.
Went here for a friend's birthday meal, and the food was very nice and the staff were lovely and attentive.
I will say the chicken bhuna I had was a little on the mild side for me, as I'm used to it having one with a bit more of a kick. That said the food was lovely.

Absolutely fantastic experience at the tapas night Thursday for the first time ever and as a large party some of us were unsure of what to try from the vast selection on offer, to our delight and the experience of the waiting staff who were more than happy to talk us through each and every different option that was available on the tapas menu the knowledge of the staff was second to none. Excellent value for money the choice of being able to try different dishes that you would simply not try if ordering a standard takeaway the flavour was really second to none compared to your traditional carry out. Our party ranged from full blown Indian cuisine lovers to young children and a few of the older generation who had never had this type of food before everyone had a great time definitely good value for money & great choice would highly recommend lovely atmosphere helpful friendly staff what more could you ask for fantastic night all round

Delivered food was absolutely amazing. Everything was so tasty and looked amazing. they have gained regular custom from us. Cant wait to go there again for a sit in meal oh and the delivery lad was very polite aswell excellent alround service
So we are up in Blyth for the weekend and wanted a curry. Looked on TripAdvisor and found this place. Booked for 6pm and was on our own for a little while as you would expect at this time of night. Loads collecting takeaways so thought that was a good sign. Lovely waitress took us to or table and quickly brought our drinks. Shared a starter onion bhajis that were realy nice. The curries were fantastic with amazing lemon rice. Peshwari nann superb and really delicate chapatties. The owner came over to see us and he is a top guy. Corona safe and the whole place was spotless. Anyone up this way could not recommend this place more. Thanks for a great meal, if we are ever up this way again we will be back.
My wife and I have been there twice in the last two weeks. Will keep going back. We have both ordered different meals both times and shared. As o we have tried 4 different meals. This is easily our favourite restaurant in Blyth
Great meal at the Maharaja Lounge on a Wednesday night. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. Good value in a lovely, spacious building in Blyth. Really recommend it
Haven't been there for a long time but went last night. Absolutely fabulous food and fantastic price. Can't fault it. Will be back there soon.
