Nipped in here for a work meeting; it’s definitely more of a drive through Starbucks than a sit in venue. Expensive food and the smaller ‘square’ nibbles are vastly overpriced. Very helpful and friendly staff so can’t fault them.
I saw many opiniona below that place is dirty. I would say that they had to improve it as my experience Today was different. Very clean place,but it was not too busy tho. It was tidy everywhere. They have drive through as well. Coffee and hot chocolate was lovely and Isabella at the till friendly and professional. I would deffo stop here again for the break. Nothing bad to say about this place

When it comes to Starbucks, you pretty much know what you're signing up for: that familiar blend of quality coffee, casual ambiance, and yes, a price tag that might make your wallet wince. Despite the premium pricing, the friendly staff consistently offers top-notch service that elevates the experience.
In terms of cleanliness, your mileage may vary. I've visited when the café was immaculate, but there was also an occasion when a fly was hovering around the pastry case. However, on my last visit, everything was in tip-top shape, suggesting that cleanliness might fluctuate but is generally well-maintained.
The atmosphere usually hits the right notes for a relaxing coffee break or a quick catch-up with friends. And even though the prices are steep, as with most coffee chains, you're not just paying for the coffee but for the convenience and the setting as well.
Overall, this Starbucks branch combines the elements of friendly service, good coffee, and a generally clean environment to offer a satisfying experience. Even with minor lapses in cleanliness and the high price point, it manages to hold its ground, making it worthy of a four-star rating.
Service was good and staff friendly enough. The design of these places though have no soul. Maybe as it was so quiet.
Also find the headsets strange as they are all about 1m away from each other. But that’s the brand and no reflection on the staff.
Good spot for a stop off the A1M. Standard size Starbucks, everything you expect: WiFi, choice of seating. Good quality food and drinks. Clean and tidy.
Regular Starbucks experience. Pretty consistent with others. Often but drinks here on trips up and down the A1 so over a period of time I can say that they are consistent in quality and service. This does however mean that they are sometimes low on certain items of food.
Car had broken down in the drive through so had to go in, could have done with more staff on 5 people waiting for drinks to be made, but usually its an easy place to stop and not much of a wait.
The environment is spacious and clean. I am sharing a photo to give you an idea. Food and beverage options are few.
My favourite Flat White is from Starbucks. Strong yet smooth. Tad more expensive than other chain coffee shops but I definitely think it's worth the extra few pence for a hand made coffee of this quality.

Really friendly staff, nice seating, hand sanitiser unit by the door, saw cleaning tables and chairs whilst there. Background noise at minimum which is good for talking and working. Only thing was toilet run out of paper and ideally this should be monitored closer. Quickly fixed by staff when told though. A nice place to stop when going along the A1. Over roundabout opposite the Moto services so accessible to people travelling northwards and southwards with ease.
Used the drive through at this latest unit in the area…..great service and great coffee
