What a gem in MK! To be honest I googled “mozzarella panini” and Gino’s establishment was the top result… and so glad it was!
He had such a fantastic menu for vegetarians we pretty much ordered all the lunch options. Jacket potato was scrumptious and panini was soft inside and perfect on the out.
Wonderful, family run place, excellent food and service, best coffee I've had in years.

This place is a real deal, the food is so authentic and so genuine and tasty including the coffee.
The owner Gino and his staff are very accommodating and they make you feel right at home.

When my daughter asked "what's your new gym like" I said "the food is amazing". The coffee is perfect (been there a few times now) and the paninis are superb - Gino knows how to season! Thouroughly recommend.
Went for a quick afternoon coffee and even though they were about to close, they were happy to help us. Espresso was excellent and both the espresso and capuccino came with a small square of chocolate/hazelnut wafer, details that count! The cannoli were very good too!

was buying a car at nearby dealership, stopped by for a coffee (which was lovely) and when I left I forgot to pick up my print outs of insurance quotes and details of the car I was there to look at.

They do a wide range of pannis, baguettes, ciabatas, salads and jacket potatoes, that are made ready to order and you can take them out if you are in a rush. There are a wide range of fillings to chose, they also have some vegetarian options. The fillings in the pan
I go here alot with my family and I LOVE IT. I get the Italian chicken and moterella panini with a drink and it's sooo good. My mum and dad use to go there alot so staff know them and any new ones are really nice aswell. Great food, good price and nice staff.
We go to Ginos nearly every week, we absolutely love it! My husband usually gets a panino and I get a salad, and the cappuccini are the best in milton keynes! Definitely recommend it!
As always, Gino's Italian chicken and mozzarella Pannini is the best you can get. Have loved and Ben coming to this Cafe for over 10 years and will always recommend! 👍
Absolutely loved it there, great place for a quiet coffee or meeting up with a friend. Lovely Italian style deco, good choice of food and snacks as well as hot drinks.
Great little place for a bite to eat. Plenty of choice, good quality drinks, nice to see a little independent Italian place. They also sell Italian products.
