This is our regular chippy and it's always good value. The prices have recently risen slightly but I doubt you'll get more for your money at any chip shop anywhere else.
The fish are always cooked fresh, never left sitting under a heat lamp until a customer comes along. Good hearty chips and plenty
Beautiful MASSIVE fish. Was recommended this place after being disappointed at our usual place. Staff lovely and friendly, proper decent portion, cooked to perfection and their curry sauce doesn't have raisins in thank goodness! The fish didn't stick around long enough for a photo sorry. Beautiful.

Good value for money as portion size is good. Best day to visit is a Friday as fish is well drained before you get it. Other times fish is served straight from fryer so can be greasy when you get it home.

Quick bite to eat, the food is spot on most of the time, and the portions are quite big. The staff are really friendly and like to have conversations while making your food. They do take breaks around the afternoon for a few hours, so just be aware of that before you drive down to order something.
Very good portion sizes and my children like the boxes for kids. Fish bites are really nice.

Food is always beautiful, always a good amount, polite and friendly staff. Much better since it's been taken over under new managment. I think the only downside is they never put enough sauce on. Even when i ask for extra. It's not. So please.. Splash out on your sauces!!
Omg fantastic Cod & Chips last night, huge Cod beautifully cooked, thick like a steak, lovely white and moist Cod. Thick, chunky chips, crispy on outside, fluffy in middle. So, so good and excellent value for money.
Omg the fish and chips is to dye for, The fish is like a whale and you get enough chips for 2 people, Definitely reccomend 👍
