I really like this Costa and am a regular here..the staff are exceptional and that’s what makes all the difference! They remember your go-to drinks and always engage in a friendly chat, adding a personal touch to your visit here!
Service was great, staff member remembered me and my order without error. Got a flat white, a latte and a tasty pastry ... very nice 😋

Delicious flat white and salted caramel brownie, kiddo enjoyed her Kitkat muffin. Friendly staff, restaurant very clean and open. Lots of seating. Nice place to visit on a rainy Saturday morning ☕

This branch of the well known coffee chain is situated in the Blaydon precinct of Gateshead yards from the bus station and has a large number of comfy seats all around which some locals appear to treat as a library as they had their heads in books and seemed settled for an hour or two Staff veey fri

Nipped in for a quick coffee early in the day, was very quiet first thing, staff just getting set up. Couple of people on laptops working but otherwise empty at around 8:30am on a weekday. Always find the coffee a bit weaker at Costa than other major chains
