Ordered on the app for a restaurant collection. Slow service possibly mainly due to the delivery orders. Someone’s click and collect left a while before it was taken out. Have to say our food was lovely and hot so can’t complain once we received it.
Despite being busy I still got my food fast. Very cool. Good tasting food, just typical McDonald's.
Seems to be improving! My last review was about the lack of attention to drive thru customers and more attention on uber. However it appears to be getting better.
Not the cleanest of stores. Although asked to clean baby hi chair and the staff was accommodating. Paper straws are terrible with milkshake. Always have to ask for mcflurry to be flurried, its never done as standard as should be.
Chips could be bit warmer really. Felt cold on arrival. Burgers and nuggets were good. No napkins out, must ask for it.

Remarkable! All ok, but I have some suggestions.
I visited this smallish McDonald's about 4pm on a Friday and dined in. It was already starting to get very busy, with a queue to get into the car park due to the drive-through.
I've never seen as many employees in the cooking/assembly area of a single small McDonald's before, each person a small cog in a clearly well-oiled machine. Throughput was high, managers were evident keeping everything running as quickly as possible.
Despite the immense turnover of customers and orders, I was happy with cleanliness, atmosphere, food quality (as in, exactly as a McDonald's should be - I'm not saying it's gourmet food).
I've read other poor reviews on here. Whilst I was lucky and had a good experience, clearly mistakes are made often. I'm hardly surprised, given the volume this franchisee is trying to get out of such a small premises. The franchisee should probably invest in a second branch close by or a larger premises with better road entrance, as I think the staff deserve more space to work. This might help to make standards consistent.
Take my hat off to the workers here...so busy. They're all nonstop but still happy to help.
Food was lovely.
Finally they got our order right without having to go back in burgers always look like they have been chucked together but what can you expect it's the same from all the chains

Same as the rest. Wait to order then wait to pay the park up and wait for your food.. check it before u drive off though🤣
Decided to take my 2 year old here today for a treat because he will eat the fish fingers and he's been a poorly.. after waiting 10 mins at the speaker and thinking it was broken drove on to order at the window and got too told to go around and order at the speaker.. I seen atleast 8 cars pass me on the other speaker.. and 6 cars pass on the car infront of that.. I left empty handed and drove to Newbridge and withing 5 mins of leaving the blackwood branch I was on my way home with food. Blackwood McDonald's is poorly run and that was the last time I will visit it...
Very busy with kids. They have signs up to say under 16 must be with an adult but they don't seem to enforce it.
