Staff were fantastic, as soon as we opened the door we were greeted with a warm smile and welcome, staff helped with decision by explaining options. Restaurant appeared very clean and tidy, staff were great, I would definitely go back again soon.
I went today at around 9:25pm and the guy working deserves a raise i went to get 2 rolls with my dad and ive had 100s of subways from this shop before but the guy working tonight perfected both our rolls and me and my dad both said it was the best subway weve ever had as it was clean perfect consistency and the guy working was hygienic and clean with our food
Staff was OK but one in pontypridd was much better staff than merthyr one
Visited store on Saturday, had wonderful service was very impressed how lovely staff were, kaci, Harry and William nothing was too much trouble, keep up the good work guys.

Small branch and there was no dine-in due to Covid but they had a good selection of vegan and vegetarian takeout food available. The lady serving was very nice.
When ever I want good lunch or early evening meal I go here. Food for me is fresh done in front of you and always lush. The staff are brilliant and never let you down well done guys for looking after me and the family

Gaurenteed nice bread and nice fillings. What? Only way it could get bad marks is if you pick ingredients you don't like.
