Big venue, bar is clean and modern. 4 snooker tables etc.
I visited to watch a band in the upstairs concert venue. The staff are friendly and the venue for music is excellent. The downstairs bar has 5 full sized snooker table and two large bars. It also a full sized bowls bowling green. Bar prices are a average for the area
It's a quiet pub where years ago it used to be a packed 'members only' institute.
However, love going in there have some good friends we meet. Jill who works on the bar is 100% amazing 😊 will be there again soon (as per usual lol)
My daughter is part of AVR Dance and preformed in shows which were excellent. Also a great pub feeling with everything you expect In a well ran establishment.

The ladies toilet was disgusting no paper one door would not open no handle no locks the toilet floor was full of water
A very good venue that has been used to host 'finals month' for the competition finals for the Blackpool Semi snooker league.
It couldn't have happened without the hard work by messrs Marshall, Davidson, Ferrar, Howarth, Marcus et al.

Lovely soul night on Saturday with soulie friends went on my own and fabulous night danced with partygoer Lisa, who was full of fun. X

really nice clean place friendly staff reasonably priced drinks very relaxed place great for holding functions would highly recommend as I attended an engagement party on 2nd July
Really nice place, great tasting ale with snooker tables and pool table, Live events listed all the time. Only been in off and on over the years but always a good day.
Bowling green in decent condition considering it's been redundant for a few years. Well done playing the Talbot on there. Plenty of seating. Inside the club its very well set out, clean and bright.
