Loved our little stay. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Food basic but tasty and good portions, nice buffet style breakfast. Hotel was quiet, clean and well positioned. Great for kids as there's a little swimming pool. Would def recommend.
Lovely friendly staff very helpful. Our room was lovely and clean I had a sea view family room. Just returned from a 2 night break with my children 6 11 14. The pool was lovely very clean and well maintained my girls had a great time. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice. Fantastic location tram stop just across the road 2 stops and we were at the tower. We will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend
I loved my stay I thought the lady on the desk and the man who works in the breakfast area where absolutely lovely. I had to check out early after 1 night due to train strikes but the hotel offered to let me stay again another night in the future so I didn't lose my money i thought that was lovely too.The room was spotless and the pool was lovely had a sauna too.Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
Room was spotless lovely bathroom with shower and a bath water gets hot but I like that. Close to everything.
Stayed here for a reunion for 3 night. Had a top floor sea view double room which was fairly small but perfectly laid out and clean. The small lift worked well for getting to the 3rd floor, thankfully. The staff were brilliantly. Nothing was too difficult to work out and the breakfast had loads of choice and the hot, self service tasted fresh and was hot, not just Luke warm.
Great budget hotel recently refurbished close to North shore ( walking distance). Sea view room was spotless. Best pint I had in blackpool all weekend and happy 2 hours was also the cheapest. Staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Booked another long weekend for same time next year before we left.
Although rooms need updating, to be honest our visit between September 18th to 22nd was really enjoyable. The hardworking staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. The location was good with easy access to town centre. Food was good with a varied menu. As far as value for money goes it's excellent. Daz and Alan were great staff members who were really welcoming and I think were worth naming because of their kind efforts to ensure our holiday was made memorable and enjoyable. With so much competition in the Blackpool holiday sector I'd recommend Bluewaters without a doubt.
Thank you all ❤️
Very nice hotel and friendly staff that are always happy to help. It was lovely to be able to have the pool to ourselves and the food was nice too. Not too long of a walk to the tower and North pier and in a quiet location than staying central
Clean but basic rooms. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Parking on site but do have to pay. Tram stop just outside hotel so easy transport
We came on the 21st of July for 2 nights we had sea view family room it was lovely and clean staff very friendly very helpful our little boy loved the swimming pool so did I . The breakfast was 10/10 quality food absolutely loved it here will be back great hotel x
Stayed at the Bluewater for our annual Army Reunion, the room was clean and tidy and the bed linen was spotless, the breakfast was buffet style and was plentiful and tasty, the bar area provided plenty of choice, and a Happy Hour 1500-1700 proved to be a good idea, will be booking this Hotel for our next visit.
Room lovely and clean plenty of tea and coffee.
Evening entertainment very good lots of music and dancing.
Breakfast self service plenty of choice and red hot.
Very pleasant experience.
We stayed as a family of 3 in this hotel for four nights. The staff were very welcoming and happy to help wherever they could. Unfortunately we didnt use the pool as we didnt have enough time during our stay but we did go to the bar on a night time where we enjoyed a couple of drinks before bed, had breakfast included, set up was help yourself to anything, this included cooked breakfast, cereal, yogurts, toast, fruit which all tasted lovely. The room itself could have done with some TLC but was more than spacious for the 3 of us. Bathroom could have been updated but none of the above affecting our stay, overall we had a great stay.
Lift was quite small and hard to use so we walked the 3 flights of stairs to our room which didn't affect us but with smaller children or elderly may be a problem. Hotel was in a good location being just a 5-10 minute walk to North Pier however there were Tram lines all the way from the hotel to the South Pier. Parking was £6 but weren't guaranteed your space if you left however with the tram lines as mentioned transport was no issue if you left your car at the hotel during your stay. I would definitely stay again.
