Haven't been to KFC in I don't know how long I wasn't familiar with the menu and how the deals worked so a little unsure on what to choose. Fortunately the girl taking orders was an absolute star π she was so friendly and upbeat, knew the menu inside out reamed the options off and made the whole experience all the more enjoyable. So not you're average drive through customer experience. We really enjoyed our tasty KFC and the side of the highest standard of customer service provided by Holly too! 10 out of 10!
Food was hot and fresh for a change, still messed the order up, manager an idiot as he kept shouting at the staff, he needs to learn how to talk to staff if he wants to get the best out of them, dis not appreciate hearing it all from the seating area.
Food perfect, order was ready extremely fast! Very quick and easy, ideal for us on our travel.

Very happy when visiting. Food was hot and fast service. Staff were amazing and helpful. Enjoyed all our food and drinks well made. Just wish KFC didn't change there chips its a shame!!!
Clean and welcoming on arrival.
So far, the only KFC which seems to bother with consistently adding serviettes, salt, sporks etc through the drive through.
That alone is worth an extra star π
The chickens always cooked nice & crispy on our visits. Maybe luck, maybe they always get this right π€·ββοΈ
Make sure you check your drive through order, they usually miss something. They scrimp on the mayo on their Zinger burgers in comparison to other franchises, hence average 3 star food stars & 4 for Service due to frequent mistakes with orders. Shame. Used to be excellent.
Very friendly staff. One lady was especially so kind and patient with me explaining what I could have when I mentioned my allergies to her. Don't remember her name but she was working the till. Thanks missy. I'll be back π
Was quiet as the grave when I visited. at 2.30 on Sunday (mind you it was Mad King Charles' hat wearing day) and wasn't expecting great things but was pleasantly surprised. Zinger tower meal was hot, well prepared and almost at good as the photos... Which never happens. Chips were a bit poor though. Overdone and bit floppy. But all in all a good meal. Even if the Pepsi Max was served in a clear plastic smoothie glass.
Standard kfc food.
Could do with a good deep clean in dining area. I blame the chickens

The best KFC in Blackpool I would say , the nearest one to me is on Devonshire Road but I've had so many problems with food and service that I would rather drive past and go to fat man's corner, I would have given all 5 stars but last time in the coffee machine was off and coffee was taken off the menu .
But still very tasty π
