Went to the cafe here and had the vegetarian lasagne meal with garlic bread and salad. It was really yummy! Had a good browse around the clothes and bought a lovely ring and two dvds. Went right up to the top and admired the views from the car park across blackpool.

Easy to park. Lots of disabled parking and kids parking too which is great. Big store. Clean and plenty of stock. 1.5 hours free which is plenty of time to do your shop or go for a quick walk around town whilst usually stopping to grab something from the store on the way out
after doing my late night shop last night with my family i was pleasantly greeted by a 'santa' who gave me a free Christmas plant :) i was chuffed to bits! so Thank you sainsburys it looks lovely in my home :) Merry Christmas xxx

I've enjoyed my time at Sainsbury's doing my work placement because I've got along with all the staff and all the customers who came in and I'm gonna do a online application form and I'm gonna apply and see if I can get a job there because I really enjoyed work there for them 4 days

Stayed near to the Sainsbury’s in a self catering. Was amazed how huge this Sainsbury’s is. They seem to have anything and everything.
The only thing that did surprise me (and Could just be a difference in my area and
Here) was how small the world foods selections are.
At november23 the restaurant is also closed but hopefully back open soon.
As other customers have mentioned, the store is huge and covers a wide range of items. In my opinion, it is better than the smaller one in Bispham for range of products. I like this store for its size, the items that I know I can get there and its close proximity to its Town Centre (especially when we visit and sit on the beachfront). However, the staff are a let down, and that does include the imposing 'security guard'. They are mostly unfriendly and un-accommodating, forgetting that the passing trade, regulars and visitors to Blackpool are important to the running and continuity of the store. Sainsburys needs to invest more in training all their staff in all of their branches as generally staff in the stores we visit all seem to be disgruntled, unhappy and take out their frustrations on the customers.

Local branch of the national chain. Wonderful selection of goods and services. Very friendly staff and welcome. Excellent value for money.
Good to get all you bits and bobs for your rented accommodation and some bottled drinks/snacks before going along the seafront
One of the best supermarkets in Blackpool because it's big, airy, bright and less noisy than some others. 3 hours free parking too. Better homewares than the other supermarket chains is a draw for me.
A huge, very comprehensive Sainsbury's store in the heart of Blackpool. A wide variety of products and very good customer service etc. Just a shame that the café was closed on my visit this time. But the store is set in a real nice and modern square in Blackpool. Thank-you! :)
Very clean and light. Staff delightful. And I got everything I went in for. Was surprised to find that you have to leave a deposit for a trolley. Not used to that any more in my local. So have your pound coin ready.
Really lovely staff and store and a great selection of products available, could do with a couple more self check outs but otherwise brilliant
Liked that they had wide aisles plenty of room to get around obstacles ( people stopped browsing shelves. Never had a single trolley bump.
A big store with plenty of products, great parking! Store has recently been re-modelled to include more access to non-grocery items. Free parking for the first 90 mins after which a purchase is necessary to get a voucher to validate your visit and avoid paying. Edit: Recently ate in the cafe, can definitely recommend the vegetarian breakfast, good portion and great alternative to meat.
Not sure why they are using a dual price system, things cheaper if you have a loyalty card, so won't shop there until they stop it
Great supermarket, sooo big shop at!!
Apart from getting a ticket when blue badge had slipped it's a good place get fresh food from and prices are begjning to reflect the economy
