Decent place to shop within a short walk of the promenade. Lots of staple high street stores and more. Clean and well maintained despite probably getting a lot of foot traffic because of where it is.
This is the best place to not only shop in Blackpool but to park aswell. The Houndshill carpark is a multistorey that then gets you into the shopping centre and nearby shops. The shopping centre itself was clean and very spacious. The one big downside was the size of the lift. It was tiny. I could only just get my wheelchair in, I can't see a double pram fitting.
We liked it here. Lots of the major retailers here. Clean and tidy and good for shopping if its horrible outside and everything is under one roof. Also good for shopping in nice weather 😅
Nice to see a shopping centre with nearly all retail outlets open and trading. Easy to navigate around the centre, connected to a car park and in the middle of many seaside attractions. Not too expensive to park either.

Very clean downstairs in the Shopping Mall itself but upstairs in the Ladies Toilets, there was a nasty smell on the entrance and got stronger when you got further into the facility. There was a cleaner but she didn't look like she wanted to be there and wasn't taking any pride in her work there was

Haven't been for a few years, so there has been some changes, old shops replaced by new ones. Still plenty of bargains to attract shoppers had to come out of one shop so I didn't get tempted to buy clothes I didn't need.
Not a bad shopping centre on one floor, good selection of shops and cafés, disappointed with the food hall upstairs, it was only a Burger King up there, not what I call a food hall. But it's great to look around the shops on the ground floor a few boutiques there too.
Free toilets upstairs lift available and up escalator only stairs to go down, clean and tidy and a god variety of shops all under one roof
Hard to judge on a shopping centre, but overall ok, could do with a bit more organisation on the car park with the roadworks going on around, and the fact the workmen will block the road so they can have a chat while people are queuing to leave it get into the car park
