Staff went above and beyond on what was a quiet wet day at the park. Buffet food was fresh and piping hot! Salad bar very good and all fresh!

Decent selection of buffet food. Pizza salad etc none alcoholic drinks included in price too. Reasonable cost with it been on a theme park.

We had an American friend in our group visiting the UK specifically to visit BPB who has a serious gluten allergy and noting that the restaurant served gluten free options, we visited. When we identified this the staff at the door and throughout they went above and beyond to reassure us of the measures in place and what they would do specifically to avoid cross contamination. They cleared the kitchen with full scrub down and were so delicate with the preparation of the food, making our guest feel so comfortable and reassured. In particular the greeting staff of an older lady and a young gentleman who sadly we didn't catch our names gave wonderful service throughout. Thumbs up for the pizza too! My friend commented it was the best service she'd had for mentioning gluten allergies in a long time and it really cemented her day at the park. Nothing was a trouble at all, and they went above and beyond the minimum requirements in law, and made all of us feel so welcome. Thank you to all front and back of house staff on Wednesday - much deserved praise from us all, and it really mattered so much :)

£6.95 for unlimited kids pizza, pasta and salad. £11.95 for adults. Including unlimited refills on soft drinks. I though it was a good deal. The staff were working really hard and they deserve huge credit. The food was piping hot and lovely pizza. We we're very happy.

Surprisingly good both in value and quality. The young girl who served us was very pleasant and efficient.

Very reasonably priced, and while the selection of food isn't great, the quality is a touch above that of other UK theme parks with buffet pizza restaurants. Staff are friendly and while they were very busy today, they were apologetic and clearly doing their best. Really enjoyed our visit.

Very busy due to the rain but the food just kept coming. I do feel although there could be more of a choice of sides to go with pizzas. Juices were all nearly flat very over mixed with water apart from diet pepsi.

Amazing garlic bread, and good salad - however the pizza itself is pretty average unfortunately. Currently not operating as a buffet due to covid (which is fair enough).

Good basic food. All you can eat. Good price and the staff were friendly and helpful. Does what it says on the tin basically.

Very nice pizza and great gluten free choice. They made me my own pizza and garlic bread. One of the best gluten free pizzas I've had.

The gluten free pizzas are some of the best iv had and the price is fair. Staff were good and had a decent knowledge of allergies

Surprisingly nice. The buffet was comparable with a pizza hut's offering. Surprisingly in-expensive too, which is pretty good as you're in the middle of a theme park

Good pizza just not enough variety, not all staff very customer focussed and some need to learn basic members, could be a fantastic experience with the right staff in place, most look miserable and will openly say it's an awful place to work.

When I came in the service was good. The food was great but there were some aspects of the restaurant which kind of annoyed me. E.G not toilets but apart from that it okay. Also, not such a bad price.
