Absolutely love this place. Staff very friendly and atmosphere very conducive for a relaxed afternoon socialising with friends. Great background music whilst not being loud enough to be distracting. Very dog friendly too. Highly recommended.
Had the steak pie shortcrust pastry not for me but it was lovely the bar staff and locals are all very friendly and there is even a we dog bar with water towels and treats for our dog we love this place and so close to where we stay when in Blackpool the dog (Gypsy) says we will definitely be back

Near Stanley Park. Traditional pub. Bit of a gem. Bowling Green attached too with nice beer garden. Long history. Food served. Real ale offering - no local beers otherwise would have been 5*.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Food was fair priced and tasty. Locals were welcoming. Beer garden is excellent and the pub is dog friendly too. Being clairvoyant I did pick up on it being haunted but not in a bad way, just makes visiting more exciting to me 😊
