Top class ... Always a warm welcome ..Never had a bad meal in here and the Yorkshire puddings are great
We booked a table for 20 and if I have any complaints it’s a minor one. Our waitress Stacey was superb, she couldn’t be faulted, she kept on top of put parties needs very well. She really was great. My only qualm was the queue for the carvery. There only seemed to be one chef serving customers and there was a lengthy wait. Food was gorgeous though and service from Stacey was as I said superb.
My friend and I went for a catch up carvery this evening to Toby Carvery. We had a lovely evening with a good carvery followed by dessert. The staff were very helpful re allergen information. They were very busy and despite this and the tills going down, and a few other issues they were dealing with, our fabulous waitress, Stacey, did a fantastic job. Constantly communicating with customers, and always had a smile on her face despite it obviously being a difficult evening for all the staff. Thankyou Stacey you did an amazing job!
Right place to eat. The manager Adam and his team are welcoming and helpful. The chef is fantastic. He knows his job you will be well looked after and have a great time. We shared our special wedding anniversary on the 29th of June 2023 and we had a great time we will be back regularly. thank you, Adam and your team and not forgetting the fantastic chef.We will be back!
Excellent welcome and service from start to finish. Food was nice, hot and filling. It was nice to enjoy an honest place, chef wasn't happy serving something and the chap came to us and said and offered something extra (which I wasn't bothered about), I'd rather that than have something on my plate that wasn't up to standard. Service was outstanding and fast, everyone very polite and kind. Thanks guys, we shall return. 😀

We went this morning for breakfast. Very impressed at £5.99 for all you can eat and £2.49 for bottomless coffee. There was a good variety of food on offer and it was well cooked and tasty. You serve yourself, so picking the right bit of bacon, the right sausage, or the right egg ensures your breakfast is cooked to your liking. Most places you just get what you're given. Make your own toast just the way you like it. Chopped tomatoes were some of the tastiest I've ever had. They even had some of their famous Toby Yorkshire puddings, and so for the first time in 58 years, I had Yorkshire pudding with my breakfast 😁. Plenty of butter, jam, honey, marmite etc. Filter coffee was fresh and delicious, and serving it yourself ensures it's just as you like it. We all enjoyed it, and agreed that it was far superior to Wetherspoons. As it was a special occasion, we fancied a drink, but the bar doesn't serve alcohol until 11a.m. which was slightly disappointing, but didn't spoil our visit. On the whole a very enjoyable experience, good value, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be using Toby for future breakfast visits and highly recommend it.

Decided to go for a meal with my carer and my youngest daughter and her partner and little boy, I'm disabled and a chair was removed for me so I could get to the table with my wheelchair, there wasn't a lot of room for me to travel around the queue line but managed to get in from the top left.
We don't normally come here as it was just a day out but our stay was very welcoming by all the team and very polite the whole time,if we visit Blackpool again we most likely dine again, very nice food just a shame there's not an option to save some money when catering for 4 people in the way of a code/voucher.
Plenty of car parking for both disabled and non disabled and a toilet for disabled is large and clean.
Thanks to all the staff when we visited,we all enjoyed the meal and drinks even though the dad and son where a little ill (just a common cold thankfully)
Update!!! I stopped here for a nice evening meal and to charge up my EV which there was two spaces and both are working great and fast as well, my car was only on for 1hr whilst we sat in and divulged into our Toby meal and was fully charged from 40% that I had left.
Will definitely be using the charging points here again and will eat a evening meal when we travel out this way again.

The biggest problem was the poor lad carving the meat was having to do everything
He served 1 of my party of 4 then had to go get gravy

Then mint sauce
All credit to the lad he was trying his absolute best but he could do with a hand to least families can eat together
Other than that things are great 100% better than last time we tried to visit
You rang us when we was on our way to say u ran out of food

Best Toby Carvery we have ever had and we visit them regularly. Food was beautiful, restaurant tables were kept clean and ready for next guests and the staff were extremely attentive. Thank you for a great experience
we had booked a table , and was assisted by the management to our table. The carvery was very busy , because I am disabled and unable to stand for any length of time ,we had to wait a bit longer . Fortunately , we found the food was abundant and freshly served to our liking . The meal was excellent , and the chef was very polite and served us quite quickly. THE WAITRESS WAS ALSO very polite
We came here today for a meal. The food was hot, tasty and fresh. Everything was replenished quickly as items ran low meaning there was full availability of everything. The food is still really good value for money compared to other places. Our server was Chris, what an absolute legend he is, I watched him going above and beyond at every opportunity, he’s pleasant, polite and a natural in customer service, a credit to Toby Blackpool. Would definitely recommend and will certainly be back.
Our waiter Chris was fantastic. Came to help us straight away when we arrived, was really friendly and funny and made us feel at home.
The food was fantastic, the server polite and attentive and we especially liked that there was a large choice of veg.
The decor was a bit dated but clean and tidy and the quality of the service more than made up for it.
Finally thanks to the bar staff who took our payment and was also very friendly and polite.
We enjoy eating out a lot and it was one of the best carveries we have ever been to.

We just visited Toby Carvery Preston New Road, Blackpool. I can’t rate the service and the food anymore highly. The customer service received from Stacey and the team was outstanding. Eating out with a 2 year old is stressful. Especially in a group of 7. However we were able to relax and enjoy our meal without being rushed. They couldn’t have done anymore for us. Will definitely be back 😊
We visited while in Blackpool for my partners birthday as she wanted a Carvery.
The service we received from Roxy was first class and other staff were friendly. The food was plentiful and hot.
It was that good we returned the next morning for breakfast and again received the same excellent customer service and the food was great.
We had a large group of mixed ages dining together and we all enjoyed the dinner. Plenty choice and the meat was delicious. The member of staff who served us was excellent, very attentive and pleasant. Many thanks

The vegan meatballs appeared to be .made from some sort of nut roast consistency and were very slimy and soft gave a texture of raw meat -couldn't eat them the texture was like raw mince in my mouth- the apple glaze was not needed and its also was not nice either
The mushrooms in cheese sauce gave a very similar taste to quavers crisps
Came here for a spot of dinner place was nice clean and food was good, Paige was amazing and very knowledgeable she knew everything about the place, she even got my mum her carvery because she was disabled and couldn’t stand in the queue.
Will 100% return again soon! I hope Paige sees this she is an absolute credit to the team!
