The overall service was good, I ordered the Veggie Burger, Chips & a Pot of Tea. My observations are that the veggie burger could have been garnished with some form of sauce as it was somewhat dry without it. The presentation was very good otherwise. Staff were friendly and helpful. My son said his milkshake was the best he'd ever had. Good cuppa and sausage sarnie was well filled. Will definitely try a breakfast next time we are staying in Blackpool.

The customer service is great, they could teach a few global businesss a thing or two. We watched as the staff greeted all regulars and what they liked to eat and drink take care to you all and used first name terms which is great customer service to start with, let alone engaging and talking about
