Staff here are absolutely lovely never had a problem with any of them, which is what you need when you’ve been visiting someone in hospital, drinks are always warm and very tasty, sandwiches are brilliant as well as the cakes/ cookies etc😍 they’re a delight. Only downside to this costa is that it gets very bus/ or is busy constantly... meaning long queues and being unable to eat in, however i understand due to it being located in a hospital! therefore it is not the end of the world, and still remains at 5 stars. Tables are always clean and this place has a nice atmosphere❤️
It can get busy in here. At one point the queue was out t the door. It could do with a few more serving behind the counter. Staff were however super friendly and helpful.
Staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Large white hot chocolate with cream and mallows is perfect when finished visiting
Great Costa friendly staff, large car park, with disabled spaces, near morrissions, curry's, aldi,McDonald's, dunelm,tk maxx, and a few others all on the same industrial estate.
Fantastic Café by the entrance of the hospital, cakes are at eye level and it is accessible for the disabled. Highly recommend to anyone...
Staff are wonderful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Even if it's busy, they still smile and greet you politely. They work quickly without any problems. I forgot to order my daughters babychino and there was a long queue so one of the staff (Charlotte) quickly made it for me to avoid me waiting again. The young gentleman that works there with the tattoo on his neck is such a friendly and professional guy. Always has a smile and a joke. Happy to take time to talk to my children too which they love. Makes you forget you're in the hospital.
Not so much the coffee which is always good in my opinion, just so glad that there is a place for visitors to rest, chat and wait in a nice environment. Well done BVH for putting this in your atrium. I hope it is a source of revenue for the trust as well.
Great service after a long day spent visiting my very ill Husband I stopped off for a much needed coffee. I was greeted by a very smart looking Barista called Jamie who took my order politely and with a smile. Jason made my coffee perfectly and it was lovely. It was the end of a long day for all of us, just before closing but the service was fab and the staff were very welcoming, just what I needed after an awful day, polite Baristas, fabulous coffee and service with a smile☕️😊xx
Very friendly polite and helpful staff. I have broken my finger and the staff put my sugar in my coffee put the lid on then gave me my coffee. Little things mean so much simple acts of kindness gose along way.. Xx
Helpful staff took my drink to table without asking as mobility difficulties. Small and quiet at my time of visit which was surprising as lunch time but at less busy site if hospital
