Good food hall, cafe is often quiet and the food is if the usual M&S quality! That said, when the town is busy in the season, the cafe can be a little slow. I like the collect by car service that let's you come back later and pick up your purchases. As ever, the staff are very helpful and courteous.
Sadly now the best store left in Blackpool centre. A bit dated, with an overpriced cafe in a dark window less corner. Still seeing the general mess and run down of Blackpool... maybe no windows to look out isn't such a bad idea.
I needed support to open my Marks and Spencer app. The Lovely assistant Tricia on the lingerie department was extremely helpful and patient. Also pleased with my purchase. So nice to find patient and supportive staff in shops.
I usually don’t leave reviews but today I visited this store and a lovely lady called Sarah was the nicest I’ve ever met at marks and I’ve been going there for more than 20 years, the staff there are lovely but she is another level of lovely! it’s the customer service you experience in highly sophisticated stores, It was such a joy watching her trying to give me ideas to what to get instead of the hamper I wanted online, she didn’t say the usual “sorry we don’t have it in store” she genuinely wanted to help, she cared so much that I honestly thought that she must be the manager and when I asked her, she replied with “Noooo!, I’m only staff” I really do appreciate staff like her and hope that she’s appreciated at marks too :)
Went back today staff were brilliant helpful and even took me to what I wanted no que at the tills and the lady helped me thanks so much

I went on 31/3 to pick up a click and collect but wasn't sure what to do so found a member of staff (Mary) she was so helpful, nice and friendly. She also helped me with booking for a bra fitting. On 1/1 I went for my bra fitting and seen a lady called Teresa, she put me at ease I was so nervous, she was very helpful and also helped with finding the right bra's for me. Great job ladies keep up the good work
Just had a bra fitting service after losing weight I needed to be measured again as I couldn't find the right bra, absolutely amazing service, I tried on lots of different styles and we found the perfect fit and style for me, couldn't be more happier with the customer service. 💕💕💕
Rang Blackpool store this morning regarding my grandson's missing coat.
I spoke to a lady called Anne who was very helpful and took time out to help me. Although the coat was not found I was so grateful to her. She had a lovely helpful manner which I appreciated very much.

Lots of variety, can always find lots of lovely gifts and the school uniform is top notch. Fantastic, well stocked food hall which always has lots of great deals and is very reasonably priced. Collect by car is invaluable! Nice cafe and very helpful, friendly staff.
I went into the Blackpool store on 03/06/22 , I was in the food hall but couldn't find everything I needed, a member of staff was so helpful helping me source all the ingredients I needed . Thank you so much Irvine for making it less stressful , excellent customer service , should be more people like you in retail
A bright and spacious store on three floors, with escalators and lifts. Ladies clothing is attractively displayed with matching accessories. Good quality separates, knitwear and jeans in a wide choice of styles and colours. Some good offers - I bought some cotton tops for £6 each. Beautiful lingerie and helpful bra fitting service upstairs. Food hall has good choice of ready meals and an in-store bakery. The lady in the cafe was very helpful, brought my tea to my table. Nice place to shop!
The fashion may not be haute couture but it is well made and a quality that will last. The food produce is where Marks' really shines though. You cannot fault the cuisine whether in the shop or cafe. All their produce is of a far higher quality than that of its competitors barring maybe Waitrose and even the ready meals are great if a little small.
