Service was not the best, but having worked for Pizza Hut myself, I am aware that their restaurants are run by as few staff as possible and in very poor conditions - considering that, the food was delicious and everybody in my party left full and very satisfied.
Little overpriced for the money but giving 5* overall because of the staff member, gentleman with long hair, worked there on Thursday evening upstairs, only gent up there with 2 females. Was friendly, welcoming, brilliant 5/5*. He either was new or loves working there. But seriously. Thanks! Myself

Great value food and good service. After walking around pizza/Italian restaurants in Blackpool after 8pm on a Friday evening, and finding all full/closed or no capacity, these guys were our choice. Great value, no fuss, no excuses that they are full with empty tables. Top job ig all you are after is
Service was good but they were really busy and it seemed a bit hectic. Not to criticise the staff, they were doing their best. Food was great though so I'd definitely recommend a visit.
Always great experiences / food at Pizza Hut, BUT, I don't use the app in the restaurant to order because I haven't worked out if there is a way to order a pizza without an ingredient, i.e. no olives. However, the lady who took our order and told us of the drinks offers in place was very good indee
Call in for lunch on 17/8/23 at 11.30. service was amazing from start to finish, was asked to dine upstairs, the waitress who was on her own, who I unfortunately didn’t get her name was extremely busy but served every customer with excellent service, she is a credit to the company. Will defo return
Very friendly, approachable, and helpful staff. Great deals for delicious food. Didn't feel rushed to eat. Loved the amount of vegan options on the menu and in the salad bar.
It was a good restaurant. We just had to wait for 5 minutes to get the table .after that they took very little time to serve .I enjoyed salad which was really very delicious 😋 in future definitely i will try again 😃. washroom and all the other facilities was really satisfactory
The manager was very helpful on our first visit even with the booking for the following night with the family only down side was the young girl who had taken our order messed up on one of the starters but all was good
Fantastic experience. Our daughter is autistic and she was getting stressed with the noise downstairs. The manager opened up a closed space so she could eat in a quieter space. Liam and Brad were fantastic. Thank you for making the experience a pleasurable one for us as a family and Isla.
Dining with two hungry children the buffet was ideal as there’s no waiting at all and they can choose what they eat. The salad bar means that they both also had a side of vegetables with their lunch.
