Great for picking up reasonably priced good food which is a god send for all those dance competitions at the Winter Gardens. Better value than Costa and some other local establishments. Good quality and friendly staff.
Greggs is as it is, sausage rolls could have done with being cooked a little longer, got some doughy pastry, and I know its busy but paying attention to customers should be key from counter staff

Fantastic experience today. Had been in and bought our food, which was all good quality, and went to sit outside the store in the square. My son had only had a couple of bites of his pizza, when he was attacked by a seagull! His pizza was ripped from his hand and he was lucky not to lose fingers! After a few minutes trying to recover from the shock, we went back inside Greggs to get another pizza to eat indoors. It was a gentleman who served us this time, and I just happened to mention the attack and he immediately said they had seen it and insisted on giving us the pizza for free. I thought it was a lovely gesture..he certainly didn't have to, but it was greatly appreciated! So whilst we say there, I had a hot chocolate and pink jammie as well, I saw how wonderful this member of staff was, he greeted everyone with a wonderful smile, he was professional and efficient when possible, serving customers quickly, but took the appropriate time with people who needed help, eg disabled and language barriers. Other staff were constantly cleaning as well, when they had the chance, sweeping, cleaning the counters and the glass fronts. I was really impressed all round. This store and staff are a credit to Greggs, they should be proud of themselves, and thank you again for your kindness.

A relief to see open after a long bike ride! Gregg's, situated in Blackpool town centre with all Covid-19 procedures in place. There food is freshly baked & the beautiful bakery smell as you walk through the door is just delightful! On this occasion I ordered a cheese & onion pastry, which was a really good freshly baked choice. The filling was filled to the edges & beyond tasty! Price wise, very reasonable. The staff are very polite & I look forward to my next visit! Would definitely recommend.

We just happened to stop off here and have a break on our way home. The shelves were filled with lots to choose. The gentleman who served me was polite and friendly. It had quite a large seating are which looked clean and I liked the fact that this Greggs had a customer toilet.
Birds wanted my food. Sorry it was to nice to give away.

Seems quite popular so there can be long queues but means the produce is fresh as they replenish stock more often
