Recently started drinking here a few times a week. I've eaten here several times & food has been great. Friendly staff & clean toilets. HD sport. It would be a bonus if the pool table had a decent cloth. All in all a great pub. Would recommend �
Was a birthday meal and 6 of us went was pretty busy for a tuesday and couldnt fault the food and service, the staff deserve the best recognition for all round experience, my family and i love coming to the hungry horse, in my eyes you deserve 5 gold stars �����
We were on holidays and my dad recommended this place. So first night there was 8 of us in total and all our food came out quick and was delicious. We then ate there again on our last 2 nights of our holiday. Food was gorgeous and kids loved their meals and desserts. Kiddies meals were perfect size for them. All the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was any trouble for them but one staff member stood out to us was Debbie. Always smiling and so friendly and great with the kids. Would recommend this place to anyone prices very reasonable too.
Went In last night for my birthday great food and staff brought my dessert out with a candle and even sung to me great night with my family and fab staff x
The Cherry Tree is quite possibly my favourite pub in Blackpool, I can wholeheartedly say that I've never, not once had a bad experience here. The food is exquisite, the service is exemplary and the atmosphere is like your typical pub. But I must say, I do appreciate the incorporation of an adults only section to avoid the noise of children during one's dinner, a brilliant idea and one that should be widely replicated in my view. The menu is one of the best, lots of choice and there's always something I'm terribly eager to sink my teeth into. Well deserving of five stars and I can't wait for next visit.
Came for a family meal with my austistic children and had a fantastic experience overall. No request was too much, all of the staff were polite and understanding. The menu has great variety and all of the food was great. Will definitely be returning. 5*
My first visit here. Fantastic food! Came in tonight and took advantage of the BOGOF Burgers for Friday. Absolutely delicious and every allergy and intolerance was accounted for. Very open-planned, lots of space in the bar area and the service was absolutely faultless! Very friendly and caring staff.
Well worthy of a second visit and more!
Didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. Food was hot and cooked well. Perfect fried egg! Will be back.
Been here a couple times when in Blackpool nice pub, plenty of parking,
good beer garden and small play areas. Men's toilets are shocking but service and food always been OK even when busy. Cheers 👍

Fantastic, we visited yesterday after the air show, so was a busy Sunday. I had booked for 8 of us. Afyrt reading reviews I was unsure of visiting I'm so glad I ignore them.
All staff was fantastic very helpful and even spoke to the children. Nothing was too much, even tho they was busy. Yes it was Lound in there to start with but it's busy so what do you expect.
Food all came out together even though we order separately. All food was hot and nice. Once all children had finished we asked for their pudding,to which the lovely young lady cleaning our table explained to them, I will just clean your table and then give me 5 mins and I will bring your pudding. All 3 young boys sat and waited and it was just under 5 mins. And she told them well done for sitting so nicely and waiting. 3 very very happy boys with that comment. All your staff are a credit to you all and your managers are fantastic too. Will definitely be back when that way. Thank you so much 😊😊
Fantastic Sunday dinner. Was expecting it to be very basic for the bargain price but it was fantastic! Great weekday offers on too. Went 3 times in a week whilst at the caravan never had a bad meal. Kids kept asking yo go back. Could be cleaner but it was extremely busy so probs no staff to keep on top on cleaning up just too busy serving
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There were 8 of us and for some reason our booking didn't go through but they fitted us in. The ladies at the bar were brilliant, even though they were really busy they were friendly and helped with my egg allergy and advising on items.
Went twice in one week while visiting family, staff were brilliant here, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the chicken on the skewers looked a little funny so when asked if our meals were ok we mentioned it, the server spoke to chef who said that the chicken comes frozen and already cooked but happily replaced with another complete meal at no extra cost.
The 2nd visit we all had curry with 2 upgraded to the larger ones for an extra £3 , for the 4 Currys and drinks came to around £28 which you can't complain about ( think Wednesday's was curry day), the only thing I'd say if you are not coming with children sit round the bar side as far away from kids play area as it can get a bit noisy with screaming kids.
Good portions, nice and clean with kids play area. The drafts soft drinks always taste strange and the food it’s either under or overcooked often. Nothing health threatening, could be personal taste
