EDIT:
19/08/23: Yes that was me, the Irish fella wanting a dozen to takeaway. They were fantastic, with some of them huge once opened. I served four adults 3 each with Tabasco and Lemon, the way I like to serve.

Rob is a fabulous customer service owner operator.
We were pleased Rob shared the history of the Oyster Bar.
Most importantly the oysters were deliciously fresh and plump, the best I've ever had in my life. 1 dozen wasn't enough, we had to order another plus a seafood platter and crab.

I’ve had 9 oysters for £15. The oysters were decent, however there were flies everywhere and it’s a bit gross. Come if you have a strong stomach.
Oyster is so delicious and price is reasonable. Be prepared to pay cash as they don’t accept cards.
Had a tub of prawns and a tub of potted shrimp. Totally amazing, fresh and extremely tasty. Potted shrimp, wow, unreal. Give it a try
Price is fairly good. Oyster is up to standard.
Just don't by lobster, its artificial feel.
Omg! Oysters for brunch was so good doing this again!
Best seafood place in Blackpool!
Prices are very friendly.
Just cash only...:(
Roberts has been around since the 19th century, can remember my parents taking me there in the late 1950s for tasty seafood. The elegant indoor oyster rooms are gone now but still a very good place for fresh oysters and assorted seafood.
Took my son to try oysters, he wasn't too sure but I loved them, again. Fresh tasty and served expertly. Will be back again soon!!
I love seafood and everytime I'm in blackpool I head here, cheap as well and foods fantastic, only downer no rollmop herrings today
I didn't get ill after eating the raw oysters, which was the main thing I was hoping for. They seemed fresh, too. The seafood is served in a fairly simple, traditional way, which fits the heritage aspect of the place but might be disappointing if you prefer more spicy options.
