My Moo and I were off catching Pokèmon when we had a hankering for a Build a Burger.... little too our knowledge this could not be. So we asked the lovely lady behind the counter for a Burger to rule all others.
A half pound cheese and bacon burger with a huge mound of pulled pork and salad arrived at the table infront me! It was a joy to eat and the lovely lady deserved my hearty handshake for her culinary skills!
She even asked for my picture as it had never been made before!
10/10 would recommend!!

Me and my fiancée loved it. Great food and service with generous portions for money. Recommended this place to anyone visiting Blackpool and will be returning here. While older chippy are closing before the illuminations and look tatty this place stands out, is clean and tidy and is open late enough to catch illuminations trade. Keep up the good work

Blackpool Fish Factory was recommended to me by a friend.
It was a very rainy day, and the cafe was busy.
First problem was ordering.
First you have to wait to be seated, then return to a counter with a table number to place your order.
Its not clear that you order at the 'drinks counter' for table service order so it wasn't until I clarified with a member of staff that I went to the correct counter. The other is for takeout/takeaway orders. Clear signage could solve this problem.
Fish (haddock)was good, and fresh and flakey. Batter crispy but flavourless, my hot drink never turned up. Service was prompt tho.
The menu is extensive, not just fish, but burgers, hot dogs. Almost a complete classic English 'greasy spoon' menu, with a fish theme.
Would I eat here again, yes, but I'd order a regular fish rather than small.
Sauces/ketchup was in a refill container and watery/cheap, and that was a big dissapointment.
Atmosphere, it's a large restaurant, and very popular, but let down by a few points.
I didn't use the facilities but it looked like the restaurant was all ground floor including toilets.

We dined in. It looked small from outside but it has a large seating area at the back. The young staff were really pleasant. The food was great. It was very clean with the seating spread out nicely. Plenty of baby highchairs.
Overall good place to go with the kids.
We had 2 fish and chips with mushy peas a seafood basket chips in a bucket kids meals 5 bottle drinks £60 I could not believe the price but I paid it as it is a holiday place. The staff was lovely my food was ok
Food was quite nice and only a 3-7 minute wait depending in capacity when eating in, I have ate in here twice and both times there has been a decent amount of staff working and it has always had a nice quiet atmosphere as well as nice decoration and design. The only slightly bad thing that the prices are a little higher than normal (ranges from £2-8) but for Blackpool prices it is still decent. Would go again!
Sevice was very slow/poor we went in as a group of 3 familiess all paid and ordered at the same time sat down and waited 30 mins for the first meals to arrive, some of us had finished our meal before 1 of the families meal had arrived we had to go back to the counter and ask about the delay and was told they had forgot the other meals so had to wait even longer for them to preper and serve.
My family and I have visited this fast food chain 3 times now. The two times we have chosen to eat in have been good experiences. Once food has been ordered and paid for directly at the till, there is only a 5 minute wait for the food to be served to your table. That's when the place is at 50% capacity though, so service could be slower if it is full. Prices aren't too bad and the food is decent enough to eat whilst resting part way through the tour of the illuminations. Decent amount of staff too.

The food is always really nice. The small fish and chips is just the right size. This is the only place we eat in when we go to Blackpool. The staff are always really friendly. We always order the mall fish and chips, bread and butter, mushy peas and gravy. Once you have paid for the hot drinks and you want another they are refillable and they are free. You can have as many hot drinks as you want for one price. We have visited this place about 8 times and will keep going back.
Big portions and tasty food. The service was amazing considering how busy the place was. Quick turnaround of tables and a great location as well. Would highly recommend for somewhere to go for fish and chips if you want to eat in.
Not a fish and chips person but emptied the plate, really nice! Beware tho that the small fish and chips is a childs(perfect for me) so get a regular as seen in the pic, decent size!. Recommended!
