My family of five visited this Nando’s at around 7:30 and were very concerned about weather we would be able to get a table as they do unfortunately not take reservations. Despite the restaurant been extremely busy we were able to be seated within 15 minutes and our food was with us within 20!-An ex
As you would expect from a franchise chain, the restaurant looking a little tired in places and the trip to the bathrooms if your on the ground floor is a walk but generally a pleasant experience, service was a little slow and they seemed to be a lack of cutlery available. If you have an allergy to any foods you have to order with the manager why a server can't take the order is beyond me. Was quite a wait from being seated to having our order taken.

First time coming to this Nando’s with my partner when entering we was greeted by a lovely lady didn’t catch her name but had a Scottish accent went above and beyond to accommodate a table for us when it was very busy. Will definitely return
A great place to eat spicy meals/foods. The service is top notch and there are deals that one can take advantage of like the family platter.
It's a bit off the city centre but do take your time to locate it as you will enjoy your meal either solo or as a family.

I took my granddaughter to the grand theatre so we popped in nandos for lunch, the food was lovely and the staff upstairs were really helpful.

Food is very consistent at Nandos, service was not super rapid but good, the restaurant was busy and it isn't Nandos fault if their are idiots in. Once they'd gone it was lovely
