Without a doubt the best afternoon tea I've had! We were defeated and had to get a to go box for the huge slices of delicious cake. The pimms was so refreshing with it too. So much choice on the menu, huge portions too! Fantastic value, lovely friendly staff and a really nice place away from town. Feels like your out in the countryside. Highly recommend

We had the 3 course Sunday lunch yesterday and it was a fantastic meal. We went there on a Groupon deal which only cost £18 for two of us but feel the lunch is well worth the full price and will return and pay the reasonable price for the Sunday lunch 😄

Lovely cafe bolted onto a garden centre. Great way to spend a few hours. Came here for lunch on a weekend, sat outside on a nice terrace. They even had a singer on! Food was very good, I had a fabulous chicken Club but it did take long time to arrive. Amazing desserts here, huge slabs of homemade cake. There is a nice gift shop next door, then the garden centre. Free car park serving it all. Very popular, lost of people coming and going. Enjoyable.

Nice cafe which is tucked away down a lane. Lovely food and nice relaxing atmosphere. Would have liked more choice for children. If you go on a Sunday the shops which are next door are mostly closed

The best garden centre by far, most of my plants are bought from here and have done for the passed 8 years. It's always nice to grab a coffee/cake or something to eat whilst visiting! Absolutely love this place! Everything from stones to plant pots I buy from Dalia's! Wonderful place! 🥰

I didn't even know this place existed until my partner advised I met her there for lunch one afternoon! Very pleasantly surprised! Nice little cafe with outdoor seating to the front and rear! Very reasonably priced and food came quickly, which was ideal on a tight time frame! Staff were very friendly, only complaint is the cutlery, obviously been through a dishwasher and thrown into storage! Staff quickly spotted it and exchanged! Overall will definitely visit again!

Lovely place to have a meal, a coffee or afternoon tea. The dog friendly area to eat is great. Food is always served hot and tasty and at a very reasonable price. Evening entertainment nights are brilliant, I have been many times.

After looking at the Google reviews (seemingly mixed recently) I had lunch at Dahlia's yesterday with my elderly Dad and a couple of friends. In the round it was better than expected. Couple of things we wanted to order not available but the back up choices really quite good (incredibly filling Steak Pudding). Cherry pie and cream excellent albeit I was stuffed by then. Only major problem was no lights in the gents' toilets. Apparently the electrics had gone and we were to use our phones. I appreciate these things happen but other arrangements could have been made and the place is five mins from B&Q so torches, lanterns or even candles could have been purchased to help. It was a little bit dangerous as it was.

We visited dahlias kitchen the other day for the first time. We were immediately impressed by the lovely interior and chilled vibes. I ordered a a wrap and onion rings and my partner ordered the mighty burger, it took a little while to come out but the staff had pre warned us when ordering that this would be the case which meant we didn’t mind waiting. The food was absolutely unreal and the onion rings were proper homemade crispy ones which you very rarely see. Everything was just so tasty and you could tell it was all really fresh ingredients. The staff were lovely and we we definitely be eating here again and will be recommending it to others!

A little out of the way and not somewhere you're likely to discover in passing but clearly known to people because there was a steady flow of customers arriving. We had breakfast, one Landscapers and one bacon and sausage barm. The food was good quality, plenty of it and cooked as we like it. The only slight problem was that the barmcake was soft and packed with bacon and sausage so it split apart and was slightly tricky to eat. No complaints though, I ate it all and enjoyed every mouthful. The staff are pleasant, polite and helpful and the food was served quickly. Not somewhere we pass regularly, but next time we visit the garden centre next door we'll definitely call in for breakfast at Dahlia's first.
