The service was good and the food was nice, in particular the dessert! Wow the waffles are glorious! The restaurant is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with good disabled access and facilities. The only reason it's not 5stars is because when I used a Groupon voucher it was difficult to redeem. There isn't a specific menu so unless you've memorised all the terms and conditions you end up paying extra. The error which occurred during billing (a mistake by the waitress who immediately apologised) was sorted quickly and everyone makes mistakes so no harm done. All considered it was a lovely meal out for a family of 6 and we will be visiting again.
Took a youth group to Frankie's and Benny's Blackpool at the start of May, the restaurant were so accommodating as it was 30 young people and 4 staff. It was very easy to book over the phone and we pre-ordered our meal and the it was prepared efficiently and fresh, clean plates all around. All of the waiting staff were brilliant with our group, had some of the young people laughing and having great banter. We were so pleased with the service and dining experience we had here, we will definitely book here again when we return to Blackpool.

Visited Frankie & Benny’s after watching a film at the cinema. Surprised to find a full vegan menu; we enjoyed delicious burgers and took advantage of a meal deal. Really impressed with the food, atmosphere, value and friendliness of staff. Our server Mandi was terrific.
Good chain of restaurants. The food isn't cheap but you can sometimes find offers online or they're included in the meerkat 2 for 1 meals. The restaurant is well decorated and clean. The music is always cheery. Toilets were clean. The only negative is the amount of time it took for someone to clear the table after the mains and take the dessert order. There's always a long wait for the bill too which frustrates me.
Me and the whole family, 14 of us, came to eat at Blackpool Frankie & Benny's on Saturday 30th July for my
son's 5th birthday. I called and spoke to the manager Lisa to book and she was so friendly and listened to all I requested to make our evening meal perfect and glitch free.
Mandy was our waitress that evening, you couldn't fault her. She greeted us with a warm friendly smile and said all is ready for us.
Staff were friendly especially our waiter Troy nothing was too much trouble, food was delicious and desserts were naughty but very nice would definitely recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back
Visited twice whilst holidaying in Blackpool. Both times managed to seat us without a reservation. Staff couldn't be more accommodating. Really helpful and friendly. Food great as usual. Kids love this place. Even accommodated my youngest who doesn't eat puddings by providing a banana.
Stopped here for a quick dinner before a show, the vegan pizza was much better than I would have expected, and the crystal long island iced tea was lovely.
The service was excellent. Unfortunately we can't remember the ladies name but our waitress was so friendly and helpful, she seemed genuinely happy to be there (if management see this, we're order 7490, order pad 3937, on 27/02/23. If you can see who served us, she deserves a raise!)
Well what can I say! Amazing experience, Lisa and her team couldn’t do enough. Even though it was fairly busy the food came quickly and it was hot and delicious! Would definitely recommend and go back!!
Great food. Tremendous service. Staff very friendly, great with the kids. We were made to feel welcomed and treated very well. 100% recommended.
