Lovely breakfast, nice fresh and tasty! Nice and clean inside and maintained to a high standard. Caramel frappes were really good, as was the caramel shortbread! Served by Laura who was very friendly and puts a smile on your face everytime.

When we visit Blackpool we tend to lunch in Cookies. Lovely clean cafe with good food and service. We were able to order a full breakfast even though it was after 1pm because they weren't too busy (due to it being a very a cold January afternoon) Everything cooked spot on (should have baked beans on it too but neither of us wanted them). They do a good coffee too but we had tea this time. A little on the pricey side but very enjoyable. They do a children's menu also. Wheelchairs can get inside the cafe but the toilets are up a big flight of stairs. We'll be back for sure.

The food was lovely and so were the staff. Highly recommended. Cooked breakfast and my egg was perfect. Just be aware the toilets are up a flight of stairs but there is a handrail.

Just been into cookies and got a coffee nothing amazing about that except I was running late for work and really needed my caffeine my bus left at 9.30 and I ordered my coffee at 9.27 and asked the amazing young lady if she could make my latte in 1 minute and she said no problem and she was true to her word I'm now on my way to St. Anne's with an excellent tasting latte in hand made to perfection. This place is top notch. Not mechanical people asking mechanical questions like the large branded places they go above and beyond here. Well worth a visit I promise you won't be disappointed

Was looking for somewhere to get a coffee when we arrived in Blackpool and the vast amount of shops that were closed (either due to the season or family reproductive cycle). Quick search on Google maps brought up various places, but thankfully we found this place first. Ordered a Late, Peppermint Hot Chocolate and two toasted tea cakes. Very polite staff, clean premises. You weren't made to feel like you had to drink up and get out and we're allowed to wait and chill. I can see this place being brilliant for day tripping families for them to sit eat and get warm. The staff are Uber polite and cannot do enough for you. So please ignore Starbucks & Costa who are just autonomous places who want you in and out and go to a place that cares about you. Keep up the good work Cookies

Myself and my friend ,we had a roast beef with soute red onion and a handful of chips, I tried to cut my bap but couldn't get through the beef it eas so tough just I couldn't even break it with my teeth it ended up falling apart completely, the chips were umm ok had better,so it was nearly full all in all it was a disaster, also I had a cookies card to be stamp and the assistant said it was fake and through it away how could it have been fake ,when it was stamped previously, from one of Yr assistants very disappointed JUNE Dumelow

A pleasant place to eat with outdoor seating area. Food not bad. Small selection of breakfast choices, not many vegetarian options. Looks like they do a good milkshake selection.

Always eat here when visiting Blackpool. Food is always fantastic. Good quality. Prices may seem high to some but worth it for the good quality food. Service is always quick. There are a lot of tables that are positioned close together so a little any when busy but it's great to see the place busy whenever we visit.

Delicious home cooked food in a clean pleasant atmosphere. No fatty smells! Really friendly staff and a lovely busy chef . Not dead cheap but worth every penny ..... good portions and choice. The new banana milkshake was gorgeous. Vegans might struggle but they can go elsewhere.
