Always a good place to visit, we tend to go in the afternoon when there's karaoke on.
There's never a shortage of singers.
It's well run, bar service is quick and the tables are cleared quickly of empty glasses, although when it's very busy - don't be surprised to hear an announcement to return glasses to the bar when going up for more drinks.
Great atmosphere, there are local regulars and often groups of tourists who go in from the nearby hotels on their Monday to Friday coach trip holidays.
Not the cheapest place for drinks and if that's what people are looking for - there's a much cheaper bar next door.
But, it's a sports bar with no atmosphere and no entertainment.
It's a small bar, seating is a little awkward for everyone to see the singers and there's not a great deal of room to move inside.

Was passing by around 6.30pm on Sunday evening and could hear the music playing,so decided to step inside and I am glad I did.
The music was Karaoke which I didn't mind.
It's a small old bar but very friendly and the draught Morretti at £4.80 / pint was very welcome.
After about 2 hours I was hungry and they let me bring in a kebab to eat.
Lots of locals in the bar, but was the most friendly bar I have been in for a long time.
Absolutely brilliant afternoon spent here! Cheapest beers in Blackpool, cleans loos and great mother and daughter run pub! Karaoke guy, Barry, had us laughing all afternoon and 2 pints turned into 4 hours! Totally recommend x
Fantastic little hidden gem. Karaoke was fab. Drinks priced reasonable too. Mens toilets a bit smelly so try not to sit near them.

This place was great and a good pint, karaoke from 1pm except Mondays it's 5pm. Everyone was friendly and all out for a laugh. A small pub and is a throw back to the pubs of old when you could enjoy a good drink and a smoke, with a character all of its own you don't see anymore (no smoking now though) and that goes for the nicotine /smoke ceiling, made us laugh, please don't clean it 😂 will definitely be going back next time we're in Blackpool 🍻
Really friendly place. Get there early if you want a seat. When I say early I mean early before 2pm! The owner and bar staff really make you feel welcome and your other fellow drinkers are a good crowd too. The real main event here is the Karaoke this starts at about 1pm and runs until 10pm. Fantastic fun! Drinks here are reasonably priced £3.80 for a pint of Heineken.

Nipped in after a walk on the beach with the girlfriend very nice pub & very decent ale definitely be back in the future
We visit Blackpool every other week an this was our go to pub well was… if u like a good karaoke I suggest you find elsewhere Cus if ur not local u will not get a turn.. 5 hours in there with not getting called up but one local lady sang 4 times during that time.. was told by the bar manageress to write a review but she didn’t think it wud make a difference as the karaoke man was the landlady’s partner.. other than that the pub does serve a good pint
Great place for karaoke had an enjoyable time at the lifeboat staff are friendly and helpful.
Definitely recommend this pub if you enjoy a good singalong and listening to some great singers.
