We were having a few days in Blackpool and as my beloved currently has a free taste card, we thought we'd make the most of it. We chose Boonak Thai because it was one of the few places which accept taste card at weekends. We made a good choice! It's small and friendly, I had the impression that many of the customers were regulars which I always think is a good sign. I had a goodly portion of the best thai fish cakes I've had for ages and did swapsies with my beloved and the boy. This meant I got some very nice chicken satay and a pork dumpling. I had a duck curry which was extremely good, with swapsies for roast duck and a chicken dish that I didn't catch the name of. Unfortunately I was too full for dessert so I watched my family enjoy their banana and pineapple fritters. Next time we're in Blackpool, we'll be back

Away from the hullaballoo of Blackpool's sea front, this restaurant was just what we wanted - the lunch menu was just right to put us on for our coach journey home.

A really great Thai Restaurant. Nice food, nice prices, nice atmosphere etc. A feeling of quality and care. I particularly enjoyed my dish and so did my friend. To be highly recommended. Thank-you! :)

The food was excellent! Unbelievable taste and quick friendly service. Nice and clean and very busy for a Thursday night, which shows how good it is. We will be back again to try more of the menu next time we are working around Blackpool!

I had my first meal in Blackpool here in Boonak together with a very good friend of mine who lives here. We ordered spicy fried chicken wings, deep fried sea bass and stir-fried morning glory with garlic with egg fried rice. All I can say is that I enjoyed the food. All 3 dishes tasted really good especially the deep fried sea bass. I must try in here.

Really nice authentic Thai food. Great to see some isaan dishes that you don't often get on Thai menu's. Food was very slow to arrive, but the quality made up for the wait.

Best Thai restaurant in the area! Over the last 10 years I’ve honestly lost count how many times I’ve dined here. From a tasty dinner for two through to birthdays and hen parties and everything in between… Boonnak is always my top choice. The menu has changed very little over the years and the owner is still the same but the venue itself has gradually improved in terms of decor and atmosphere. The food is always great! We have our favourites but also like to try new dishes and consistency of quality and taste and portions is usually really good. One of the gems that’s still shining bright even after all these years. Thank you Boonnak 🇹🇭

We love this place. It's our favourite Thai restaurant in Northwest England. We often travel from our home in Manchester to visit this restaurant. Every dish is full of flavour. Our favourite is the roast duck red curry. Full of spice, coconut and made with love. We also love the items in the chef's special section. This is the best food you can get outside of Thailand.

We came for dinner today. This is a very nicely decorated, clean, calm and welcoming restaurant with friendly and polite staff. We had their starter sharing platter (all very tasty!) and 3 mains to share between the two of us. The three mains were sweet and sour chicken, green chicken curry and a pork and ginger dish and all were delicious. The green curry was my favourite and highly recommended. Very reasonably priced welcoming restaurant with excellent food- highly recommended!!

A couple of people whom I have worked with/am working with joined up with me and we went to this Thai food restaurant on Topping Street. Beautiful place and even more beautiful and tasty food! We had chicken on toast, Thai chicken green curry, jasmine rice and chicken pineapple fried rice, as well as their piece-de-resistance, fried sea bass with garlic. We skipped dessert and left. It was a delightful experience!
