I took my grandchildren here, the 2 younger ones had ice creams which they both enjoyed (the youngest said his was better than cornetto), the eldest had a waffle with ice cream and sauce on top, which was enjoyed as well. I had some black coffee, also good. Good atmosphere with plenty of books at the back, and the woman who runs it is lovely and gives very generous portions. 10/10

Also see review of hall itself for more pictures and comments on the wafflery. May be an idea to share if you go full on waffle unless you have an appetite. I had "Bakewell" & my daughter had the special of the day which was malteezer. Can add extra toppings for a small extra cost. Sadly eyes were bigger than the belly but we will be going back for more. Walk it off around the hall and grounds and also take a look at the "Hamlets", small glamping pods that can be booked via the hall or website.

I visited dotties waffles today with my mum and two young children. The waffles and the ice-cream were amazing. Maria was one of the nicest ladies I have met. So accommodating and brilliant with the children. They both loved her. There was a selection of toys to play with and books for them to look at. We will definitely be returning in the near future 😊

Lovely ice cream, milkshakes and waffles. We've visited a few times and always enjoy what we've had. We particularly love the Knickerbocker Glory's. Lookout for waffle of the day....

The waffles here are to die for and absolutely huge. The lady who runs it is so pleasant and helpful. Nothing us too much trouble, even putting together combinations to suit individual tastes. We visited as we were staying in the hamlets , couldnt resist coming back the next day. Definitely recommend.

Stayed at the hamlets, so popped into the Waffle House for breakfast. A perfect friendly welcome and made totally at home. We have one child with allergies so it’s often hard to find suitable breakfast. They could not have been more helpful, talking to the kids about the options and remembering all their names, little touches that mean the world. Thank you so much πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›πŸ’›

We went for waffles after being on the witch tour at the hall (which was amazing and free!!). The waffles were delicious and the staff were all lovely, it was my brothers birthday and they went the extra mile to make it a special experience. Would definitely recommend a visit!

We went to the Hall for my son's 13th birthday. We went on Janey's Witchy tour which was so entertaining and interesting. We followed this with a visit to Dotties Wafflery and were blown away by the the welcome we got and the fuss they made of our son. The waffles were delicious as well. Thank you.
