We went on the drive thru to order our food. The staff seemed slightly grumpy but were fine.
The food hygiene rating is 4 which is ok but I hope it improves. The food was good and worth the money. Cheer up people!

Great customer service from somebody called George, food always hot, possibly the best drive thru in town.
Had an issue with my order , didn't get a receipt but the guys including manager was very helpful in sorting the issue out and confirming the order , very helpful,friendly and humble team , my son even got a free cookie to top things off,well done guys an almost bad experience turned around into a fantastic experience for us all, will definitely use again πππ

Only go mid morning for breakfast, great bacon and sausage breakfast roll very cheap coffee on breakfast offer. Proper bacon and sausages on proper rolls
Absolutely love the concept of this. Though the kids dont half make a mess in the back of he car. Friendly polite staff and a welcoming clean environment. Good seating available if choosing to eat in and always well stocked with fresh warm pasties which is rare for greggs. Not sure about the intercom system, seems a bit archaic and doesn't work great, could do with an upgrade despite it being new.
Great idea just wish they would keep there food hot.everywhere else manages it
We visit greggs twice weekly with steven, an Autistic/challenging behaviour man. Staff are brilliant and very patient with him. They go the extra mile
