I had an exceptional experience at this dessert shop, primarily due to their excellent customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their desserts. They took the time to explain the menu and even offered recommendations based on my preferences.
We ordered two different types of waffles and frero milk shake and I must say it was so delicious we absolutely loved it. My kids were so happy, their service was very quick as well. It was not too crowded which makes me little comfortable. 100% recommended it.
This place is a nice place if you fancy desserts and I would recommend the banoffee cookie doe . Slightly overpriced at £8-9 for one but it is what it is. I would have given 5 stars but when we politely asked for cutlery to eat it with we were rudely told where to get it ourselves after we were all comfortably sat down, however another member of staff after we ‘sorted ourselves’ out was very happy to cater for us by bringing us water and napkins.
Probably one of the best dessert shop, but the high prices won't let you come back very often.
The place was great had a good choice off milsakes, waffles and all other stuff, great place for the whole family price are good, the staff are friendly and the inside Is fantastic so get yourself down and go try it out.
Staff Behaviour was excellent, service was amazing. Ambiance was awesome. Over all it was great experience.
Amazing place for desserts. I feel Kaspa's is very underrated. Their desserts are delicious and come with a reasonable price tag and value for money. I love their milkshakes and there is plenty of seating. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Kaspas I've been to before was always jam packed , small and noisy. I liked it here because the quality and service was same , minus the hustle and bustle.
Went in for a cup of tea. It's actually a good place for desserts. Quite peaceful when I went.
First time going, although couldnt stay for long but ordered a buenos waffle, was nice but too chocolatey
