Not lived in the area for over 20 years, but have visited this place a couple of times this month whilst visiting the family.
We timed it perfectly, only one person ahead of us, but plenty joined after. That in itself is a good sign. Best of all, we didn't wait long at all. Especially considering how busy they were.
I ordered the set menu 1B, excellent value for money. I was well fed for sure. Everyone else had a variety of items from the menu and no one was dissapointed with their choices.

Went for a standard "chippy tea". Chips were a bit greasy, fish and sausage were quite good. Highlight has to be the dabs though. Nice and light and crispy.

Most amazing fried rice, chips and curry in Blackburn! Not tried much more of the menu but if your into fried rice chips and curry you won't be disappointed.

Thought I'd try this place for fish and chips. And I want disappointed, the portions were huge. It was a challenge to finish what was served and the fish was a good size. So if your hungry get yourself to this chippy.
