Wow, outstanding. Had a Fish Chips MushyPeas Curry and a can of pop. Β£10.10. It's not something I could afford every day but delicious. A big fresh tasty fish surrounded in dead crispy batter, chips were perfect, curry was that traditional flavour with a good consistency, peas were spot on, and all the flavours made up to a great combo. I was here a couple of years ago and they were outstanding then as well, consistency.

By far the best chippy around, loads of staff working in unison communicating well like a busy restaurant. Nice "boom box" and different topper options. Standard fish and chips we had were faultless.
By mistake I ordered 2 kingsize haddock. OMG.. Absolutely huge...... However so so good..... Personally Mine will definitely be a king size haddock on my next order.
Although my wife Eileen really enjoyed her kingsize haddock she struggled to eat it all so her next one will be a large haddock..... What a super chippy. ππ

Being Scottish I had no idea what a John Bull was but let me tell you, they are phenomenal!!! I think it's only a Blackburn thing but this is the best thing to come out of Blackburn
The VERY best chippy I have ever been too.
The food is always top quality, freshly prepared and competitively priced.
The staff are amazing and always smiling no matter how busy they are.
The business is constantly evolving adding great new lines to its menu that are just delicious.
My only complaint is that I can never choose what to have as its all so good.

Just moved to the area and fancied a Friday night chippy tea. This is just around the corner from us. Lovely staff and great fish and chips with mushy peas and curry sauce. So much nicer and less greasy than a Chinese chippy. We'll be back π
Great food, inexpensive and clean. The caramel and custard doughnuts are so good. The service is quick and efficient. Great value for money. The coffee isn't bad either.
Really good quality food and freshly prepared. Unfortunately I find alot of local chippies have gone down hill lately but this one has only got better. The food is always tasty and hot. They offer so many great items that others don't such as John bulls and rag puddings (both of which I would highly recommend trying especially the rag pudding). Best gravy in Blackburn by far. Great staff aswell
