Had a meal yesterday as it was my Husband’s birthday

The moment the Manager saw us , he wish him happy birthday and bought him a pint 🍺 and Cake !!
I just don’t know how pleased I was so was my husband ♥️
I’ve been working in Hospitality Industry in a couple of countries with one of the best Hotel Brands ,I can proudly say Raj Restaurant Staff hospitality is TOP class and the meal is always PERFECT

13.95 buffet before 6pm per person. 7.95 for children. The starters were nice and so was the naan bread.
If you're ordering vegetarian and meat at the same table it's tricky as the set is split so the korma and tikka are non vegetarian and the others are. You don't get to try all the dishes listed on the menu.
The manager kindly added paneer to one of the vegetarian dishes upon request to make it interesting. Sadly, couldn't get seconds on that dish though, just the standard vegetable one and seconds came out greasier.
It is a lovely restaurant with friendly staff and if you are non vegetarian you will be sure to enjoy it and get better value from it.
Lovely place to eat, we was a party of 20, food lovely, I dont do curry's, but had English food, sevice very good, all in all a wonderful time was had by all xx

Excellent all round. Went for my daughter’s 8th birthday and they gave her a piece of cake with a candle in and sang happy birthday to her.
Food and service was amazing! Just one issue!! Man them toilets look like a scene from Bakmutt Ukraine. Serious refurb needed!

We have been to the Raj multiple times and never failed to have a bad experience. The food is delicious and the staff are very attentive. It's a pleasant atmosphere and I'd highly recommend a trip.
Was over from London for two days, dined in food was delicious, Chicken Tilka and Chicken Naga was beautiful!
You know a place is good when you remember to leave a 5 star review! So so tasty. 🤤 I had garlic chicken, special fried rice, naan bread, and some lamb kebab pieces. Worth the money. It really was, compared to some sub-par takeaways in the local area. Thanks a lot guys. A happy customer. :)
Very nice decor. Set with views over the canal. Very fast and efficient service. Food was lovely. The chef even came out to say hello. Would recommend.
