Had an absolutely amazing meal and there was lots to chose from on the menu- that suited everyone’s taste and price! Overall, for the food the prices were definitely reasonable and had lots of deals on.All the staff were really lovely and it was nice how diverse and different the place was! Our food was a bit late, but the staff were so apologetic and amazing at letting us know what’s going on, even gave us a discount for our wait! I definitely will be attending here again and recommending it, thank-you for an amazing night x
Called in on Friday as we had been to the one in Liverpool. Everything was perfect from the greeting from the waitress as soon as we went in. Varied menu for vegetarians and good choice of cocktails 2 for1. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. The service was excellent and the waitress very friendly and obliging. Definitely recommend
Myself, husband, daughter and her fiancé all popped intoTurtle Bay in Blackburn during the 2 for 1 cocktail time. It was very busy, but we decided to book a table anyway. The waitress was lovely, she took our name and we went to the bar to order cocktails while we waited for a table. Even though it was busy, we got served quickly buy very smiley staff. The cocktails were amazing! When our table was ready, we were seated and orders taken. The atmosphere was lively and as the staff appeared to be enjoying their jobs, there smiles wwre contageous. Once the food arrived, we were not disappointed. Excellent service, excellent food. Tasty, wholesome and value for money. This was our first visit here, it definitely won't be our last!
Finally a civilised place to have a drink and a bite to eat in Blackburn. Not a troublemaker in sight.
My hubby booked a surprise family meal on a Saturday lunchtime for 22, the food and service were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and the cocktails were great!
Really enjoyed our meal & the staff were extremely friendly especially our waitress Millie.

Took my Children for Dinner . The staff were friendly and attentive. The service and food were excellent.
First visit here and loved it. We were looked after by Sophie who was really attentive and helped us choose a lovely meal.

Lit up from the outside this venue is very welcoming. Soft ambient lighting indoors always gives a romantic feel drawing you to go inside. Also the promise of 2 for 1 cocktails might have something to do with it.
I have eaten here a few times now and it lived up to expectations in every way. Inside the lighting does seem quite dim but adds to the atmosphere and the decor is rustic Caribbean and this makes you imagine you are in a different country. Everything is brightly coloured and fun. I have been fortunate enough never to have to book in advance but have seen it both very busy and also quite at other times.
The table sauces look scary hot but do compliment the food incredibly. Even the toilets represent a beach hut feel.
Food has never been fast to come out no matter how busy it is but worth the wait when it does. Also Jamaican Red Stripe lager on tap for as true Caribbean feel. Did I mention the cocktails. Food wise I have tried the Jerk chicken breast and half Jerk chicken. Both made with ghost chilli pepper sauce. Yes it's hot but you can still taste the flavours. Looking forward to my next visit.
Loved the team.Luke, Sha and Natasha. Really friendly banter and environment was relaxed. Food was amazing from the festivals, garlic prawn starters to the jerk chicken. So much spice and amazing flavours. My go to place when next in Blackburn. Thanks Turtle Bay it's been beautiful ❤️
Ebony was amazing, she even selected me a cocktail Candy Sour. It was out of this world. Her service was outstanding. Showing excellent customer service. The food was outstanding. Cant wait to come back to another bottom brunch.

We went to turtle bay before a Paul smith show, On a Thursday, Sha served us and couldn’t have been nicer. She talked us though the menu and was a credit to the restaurant. The food was ok but the cocktails were amazing 2,4,1. Needless to say we left very happy ready for our night out. Thanks sha
Came for lunch today and this place did not disappoint!!! Absolute legend waiter who also made my beautiful pineapple dacaris was so polite, welcoming and had mad skills with a bottle!! He's a credit to you!! Food was amazing I had the Kingston coconut coated chicken it was amazing!! Will most definitely be coming back 😀
Had a fantastic few hours here, booked the bottomless brunch for my daughters 18th, the place was busy but service was fantastic. We weren't left without a drink the whole time, massive thanks to Ebony who ran around the whole day with a smile on her face. Food was great and music fit the whole atmosphere, would definitely recommend and will be back. I think we tried the whole cocktail menu between us.
Absolutely love it in here! Stunning place with amazing staff (and great cocktails!). Had a lovely young waitress named Olivia (made sure to ask as she was brilliant) who made us feel comfortable and was very quick and efficient. Amazing service from her and the food was delicious! Once again thank you Olivia, Turtle Bay is lucky to have you! Will be returning.

I had Tasha as my waitress when I visited the other day and just wanted to say how amazing she was! So friendly and happy/smiling and knew what she was doing! She definitely knows her stuff as the things she recommended were delicious and I will be visiting again <3
i had the most amazing service in this place! the young lady , olivia, had the most amazing manners and was so respectful! to say most girls her age work for the wage and that’s it, you could tell this woman was there to make people happy! i would 100% recommend this turtle bay purely for the most amazing customer service and communication i have ever seen! will definitely be coming back! xx
A great restaurant with perfect ambience,music, food, alcohol and services. Their Bottomless Brunch is a very good option for friends meeting over food and drinks. The atmosphere really makes you feel like you are a part of the Carribbean Islands.

I came here with a few friends last week for lunch and cocktails. The food was delicious and cocktails spot on. The service was amazing and it had a very friendly atmosphere. We'd never been here before, and there was one guy in particular, Martyn, that made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back.

Luke our waiter was absolutely on the ball. He was prompt with out order and spoon fed us through the bottomless brunch.
Also came back a couple of weeks later. Ebony & another waitress was was really attentive to our group.
I keep dreaming about the food. Absolutely spot on the flavours are spot on. The prawns were incredible I wish I'd ordered 2 portions and had them as a main.
We visited on a Sunday afternoon so it was very quite but that suited.
Went for brunch at Turtle Bay today and what a good day we had. The waitress (Shah) made sure we had drinks at all times and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend!!
Came in here today, had a wonderful time! Me and my party were given excellent recommendations by Chelsea and received excellent service and a lovely welcoming from Sha on arrival! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a chilled drinking environment with great food!
