Arrived as a party of 20 and was escorted straight upstairs where we were seated straight away on a Saturday night which was nice. The service was second to none, the food was also fantastic and the price was very reasonable. Great atmosphere and would deffo recommend this place to friends and family. Their Thava platter is superb. Excellent authentic tastes and smells. Extremely solicitous service and its obvious that the proprietor is genuinely invested in your experience. Would not necessarily call it fine dining as defined in most of the world, but excellent food and value for money. Would suggest a pinch of salt in the Dal though.
1st visit and certainly won’t be the last. Highly recommend this place.
Venue is close to the town centre, ample parking.
Excellent venue, clean, spacious seating area, customer service is exemplary , and the food. It’s the best I have had for a long time. Will certainly be visiting this place again and again .
Worth the travel and time.
Fantastic! We decided to dine here at the last minute and we were not disappointed. Great friendly staff, fast service, food was amazing, I highly recommend the Roomali Tawa Feast, more than enough for a family of four, prices are average and we left very happy and very full, I recommend this restauant, word of advice try to get there around 6pm as it gets very busy later on.
It was my first time at this place had some good feedback from my daughter and hubby who had already been previously. Everything was perfect lived up to my expectations great service tasty food and friendly staff

It was my first time here and it won't be my last. Where do I start. The service was exceptional couldn't ask for any better. The food was divine. Very tasty and was not overly pricey. There was 8 of us and it came to less than £140 so I would highly recommend

Nice looking restaurant. Ample parking space and the food isn't too bad. The Lamb Chops were not the best as they toughest I've ever had and I wouldn't be surprised if it was mutton and not lamb. The curry wasn't the tastiest compared to other popular places but nonetheless it was good enough. Service wise it's hard to find anyone when you need them, in fact I had to go looking for someone when I wanted to order additional things. My worst experience was when I ordered a takeaway to take home with us when we finish and to our surprise the waiter came up with the takeaway food and the bill too without checking if we wanted any desserts or tea/cofgee. As a result of that we decided not to stay for desserts. Visited with family and overall everyone enjoyed it. They need to sort out the service side before I can give 5 stars. Will definitely visit again. There's also a prayer room with wudu facilities which is really good and makes it easier to perform your Salah on time without having to rush the food. Definitely worth a try.
First time came here with family and we had an amazing time and the service was just spot on credit to Asif who was just an incredible host. He went out his way to look after us. I will definitely be coming here again and the food was absolutely amazing too could not fault a single thing. It was really busy and to have the level of great service we had when it was jam packed along with tasty yummy l food what more do you want. Can’t wait to come here again.
The restaurant was inviting, great location, free car parking, food was tasty especially the lamb bhuna, great blend of herbs and spices (not too spicy!). Would go there again, well worth a visit.
First time I came here when my brother had his walima in the upstairs room, I just fell in loveeeee with the chicken tikka and kebabs 😭😍
A few months later I brought my friend over to try the food and I cannot express how accommodating and lovely the staff are. The food is delicious and the restaurant is beautiful. Amazing place and food, will recommend to everyone!
Very nice place great food at ok prices. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only reason it didn't get a 5 is the eeats are not comfortable defo need to work on seating
We've been regulars here for several years before they were in town and now here. Exceptional service by all staff over time, lovely owner and great food all round. Roomali red mocktail and there Roomali roti highly recommended with anything on the menu.
Suprisingly good little place. Food was very good and authentic. Deco was very nice and the seats comfortable. Service was fantastic and fast too. Would definitely come again.
We had our daughters graduation party today , can not praise the staff enough , friendly helpful polite and went out of their way to make sure everything was as we wanted nothing was too much trouble!! Food as always was first class and absolutely delicious. Thank-you to everyone at Roomali @ the woodlands!!
Service was very slow, but the food was amazing!!! Just not enough floor staff to manage the peak hours (went 8pm). But they were cheerful, friendly and sympathized with us at the very long wait. Disappointed at the mocktails, too much soda, not enough flavour.
