Very nice venue, bit crowded not enough parking. Nice and clean though. I would definatly stop here again.
Nice selection of food shops. Toilets in good condition.

Easily found off of the roundabout. From M11 northbound it's the first turning off of the large roundabout.
Keep in the correct lane as the floor markings arnt clear and we saw at least 2 cars go into the lorry car park. ( keep left )

Great place to stop for a break, with plenty of food choices and coffee shops.
Brand new EV fast charging stations too, leave your car to charge and go have a cup of coffee.
Very nice place for a break. Varius food available and 3 starbucks so coffee lovers can avoid que's. Bathroom kept tidy what is usually a problem in the busy places close to highroad. There is also plenty of sitting spaces if you want to skip eating in the car and let yourself eat at the table befo
As service stations go this is one of the better ones. There are several different food outlets catering to assorted tastes. The seating/eating area is better than most. There are several shops. The rest rooms are clean and well maintained and so is the parking.
Good range of food options. Toilets were clean and the environment pristine. I would consider attending here again but not during peak times. The place was quite crowded and we struggled to find a car parking space. I enjoyed the Starbucks. The team were quick and efficient.
Once in great services. Lovely breakfast at The Good Breakfast (served by grumpy man).
Bad signage: missed the entrance first time. Drove back on the roundabout and back in; very nearly missed it again. Confusing signs. Too many of them.

Busy, but ample parking, clean toilets,decent food options.
Petrol is not unexpectedly super pricey (£.20 more per litre than southern London).

It's a "dreaded" motorway service station but actually it's ok, Pret a manger coffee ☕ was great as were the toilet facilities too. Worth stopping at even though the Entrance and Exit is a bit convoluted..😶
( they're re-jigging this at the moment so hopefully it'll be an improvement)
Still busy and crowded, but at least the toilets have been refurbished from the abysmal state they were previously in and appear s lot cleaner than my last visit.

Very late in the night visit so no hot food available after 11pm. So had a very nice bottled juice and a visit to the toilets. Staff keeping things clean as people came and went some just to get a break from the torrential rain and lightning.
Conveniently located with good service facilities.
Lots of meal choices from Chopsticks, KFC, Subway, Burger King, Waitrose . We love Starbucks Coffee, so we had lovely lunch there.
