Have taken my Mum here twice. It's reliable and tasty. I enjoy their thinner sourdough pizza, it is cooked just right to my taste. The margarita is good, and I like the butternut squash salad too. Back patio is nice. House red tasted good. Very quick pizzas and charming service by Isabelle.

Visited Franco Manca with my wife a while ago. Were fancied some Italian lunch. We were pleasantly surprised by how tasty the food is and how friendly and professional the service is. We ordered appetizers, pizza and drinks. Everything served efficiently. A place worth recommending!
My daughter had her 10th Birthday party at the Bishop's Stortford Franco Manco. I cannot commend the staff enough for making her party so enjoyable. The master chef class I definitely recommend. The staff were very friendly and patient. I cannot thank them enough.

The staff are always super friendly, and always allow us to taste the wine before picking our bottle, and the manager is always friendly and knowledgeable.
Very divined. Seems to be very posh and old fashioned. me and my four other family members were greeted to our table before we even knew it. We were offered the Menus straight away and ordered lamp roast dinner platters accordingly. and we’re definitely spoiled throughout. It tasted like it was just right the mint sauce tasted good with a little top it off aswell I don’t travel this end of town but to see this. This is the best I seen so far more like living in a. 5 star hotel. with those butlers.
