I recently dined at Roni’s, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavors that left my taste buds dancing with delight. The atmosphere was equally delightful, with a cozy and welcoming ambiance that made the meal even more enjoyable. I can't wait to return for another memorable dining experience!
I had a great experience here, I took my Nan and the waitresses and waiters were all super friendly, efficient and helpful.
They were also happy to give some great recommendations. The food was delicious, (Prawn linguine and separately Grilled King Tiger prawns) will definitely return.
Really enjoyed our Sunday evening meal here.
The staff were attentive, largely left you in peace, but ultimately came over straight away when called upon.
I ate the lobster linguine & sticky toffee pudding, (the apricots with pistachio was also very good) and can highly recommend.
As I was driving I had the virgin Mary but asked for additional tabasco which did not disappoint.
I would happily eat here again.
Note: 12.5% service charge was included in the bill but as described it was worth it.

Worth a visit
Absolutely phenomenal! Came once before with my partner and had to come back again with my family. The food is PERFECTION. From two visits and a total of 8 peoples meals— starter, mains and desserts, every single one was cooked and prepared to perfection. Beautiful presentation too! fine dining but the friendliness from the staff makes for an amazing, welcoming atmosphere. Honestly couldn’t praise the staff enough, they’re so lovely and helpful, even brought my 2 year old daughter a bowl of strawberries free of charge, because that’s the only thing my fussy toddler wanted. The decor is absolutely stunning too, every aspect of this restaurant just exceeds expectations and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough. Both my family’s and my new favourite restaurant!
Just popped in for a quiet lunch with my wife and we both really enjoyed every aspect - superb service (in particular from the sommelier) and lovely food. Good to see vegetarian and vegan choices in a good quantity, too.
Perhaps a little more expensive than the alternatives in Stortford, but you get what you pay for. We'll be back for sure.
Fantastic food. Very high quality and full of flavour, very nicely presented too. Attentive & professional staff. Lovely decor which adds a rich, expensive & very special atmosphere to the event of dining here. Would highly recommend. Prices quite good too.

The best meal I have had in Stortford!

My other half and I went here to see what all the reviews were about, hands down, there was nothing we could fault about our experience.
We arrived and were greeted by a friendly gentleman on the door and promptly seated near the back amongst other couples and away from groups, which made the evening more intimate and quiet.
We were promptly asked for our drinks by a friendly member of staff and our starters followed shortly after. The selection of food on the menu provided a good variety of choice and the drinks menu and wine list was superb.
The service in this Resturant was fantastic and it was one of the best staffed restaurants I have been to in a while. It was never a struggle to get someone’s attention and everyone was friendly and attentive.
Our mains were fantastic and great value, I highly recommend the stake tartar and lobster linguini. Raffaele was brilliant and made us feel welcome and valued customers.
We are already planning our next visit!
Really amazing place. We were incredibly well looked after by Vas and the team. Great knowledge of wine and food. The food itself was incredible… Pasta just like being at home in Italy. Would highly recommend… so nice that’s Bishops Stortford has something of this standard.
First time at Roni’s for a date night but had heard good things. Food was amazing, crayfish cocktail had perfect balance of crayfish to salad/avocado, and for a first visit I had to try the fillet steak, it was cooked perfectly. Our sever Jess was spot on, giving great service but with warm personality. Will definitely be going back there soon to try the lamb.
