Really brilliant manager on duty, a lovely lady whose name I have forgotten. I was there on Sunday two weeks ago.
Another member of staff, Erika maybe? Was incredible as well. The two of them made the visit really lovely.

first time in Nandos ever and we had a great experience :) we were greeted very warmly by Ish (sorry if I spelled your name wrong <3) -- the rest of the staff was very lovely as well. our food was faster than we expected, and very delicious!

It's a Nandos that cooks it's food well, with something for healthy eating people too. The style of the dishes are quite dry with loses a star.
I consider Nandos towards the fast end of the food scale and usually nothing to really rave about.
However tonights experience in Bishops Stortford was great, the food was promptly served, hot and delicious.
All staff were friendly and attentive; the overall ambience of the restaurant was far higher
