Can't be wrong with Portuguese food. Octopus great but grilled octopus had bit too much oil, sea bass fresh and juicy, francescina authentic. Delta coffee, draft super bock and vinho verde. Average prices and cosy simple atmosphere.
Definetely the best price quality in town, I know I'm Portuguese and that's a bit suspicious hut if you go there yourself you will that the food is great hard to say any other restaurant in town has better food and the portions here are big like you cannot find anywhere else in the uk.
Also strongly recommend you to try both major Portuguese beer brands, Sagres and Super Bock, I think you will be surprised.
Excellent meal. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Very large portions. The staff are very friendly and the service outstanding. Can't wait for our next visit when we'll make sure we have space to sample the desserts.

Love this place, like travelling to Portland without getting on a plane.
Their simple espresso are superb. Their milky coffee great too. The sandwiches are made in fabulous bread and great value.
Today I had chicken escalope with melted cheese and salad, my friends had ham and cheese and ham... 3 coffees and the bill was less than 14 quid... Brilliant value.
Best of all, dogs and kids are welcome..

Did a 24 mile round trip for a takeaway, fir their food. Decent menu with plenty of choice. Roasted chicken beats anything you can eat anywhere in the UK, Francesinha is a must. Very reasonable prices. Will keep coming back
Always a great time at this restaurant. Staff is friendly and the meals are delicious. The chef's kitchen is great and the staff are always lovely.

I've been ordering from here for the last three years. The chicken is better than Nandos and the staff move quickly and efficiently to prep the delicious offerings. The main point of construction is that most all of the menu items are at a higher price point than average (within the area and definitely in comparison to other Portuguese eateries locally) HOWEVER the food's so good, you don't mind the price! OBRIGADO for my Thanksgiving 2021 Dinner, Pao! 🇺🇸🤠🥰
