Food here is simple and nice, not over the top or over done like 99% or the other cafes in stortford. The seating is decent and the owner, an older gentleman is really kind and knows if you're a regular and takes good care of ya. The only con for me is cash as card makes everything so much easier. But its not a big deal. The toilets are usable and handy to have, whilst not the best of quality they're serviceable. 4/5 stars.

Good little cafe, nice food with good prices. Toilets could do with a bit of sprucing up as they are not in the best of conditions but that would be my only complaint. Quick service and friendly staff.

Stunning homemade grub. Never had a bad meal here. I had shepherd's pie covered on gravy. So delicious.

Great food at excellent prices. Loads of Homemade meals, Kebabs are really tasty as is the Shepherds Pie. If you want a good English Breakfast, try this cafe. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

My experience was one of wonder and desire, I looked at the menu with my eyes wide open like a lion preying on a cape buffalo, my lips seemed to speak "A half pound cheese burger and chips" the suspense was too much to handle - the aromas from the kitchen entered my various orifices. The wait was quick my plates hit the table like a monsoon hits the rainforest... We were estatic! As the food entered our various bodies. There was a sense of delight, which has only ever come before when the earth rotates backwards. My sister Beth said and I quote "Great food, great price, a passionate delight" and for that I agree. This cafe is the best Bridge cafe amongst all the bridges present.

Great pitstop for a walk along the canal or on the way to the train station from the southmill side. Great tea and coffee with some homemade cakes. A hearty breakfast or a quick lunch, the bubbly owner will sort you out.

Cheep and cheerful, traditional truckers style food. Comes out quick and hot. Staff are polite, helpful and were as accommodating on food allergens as they could be. Cash only
