Loved it. Excellent food..we asked for extra chillis. .oh lord we got loads.Fab. our waiter was Daniel..very friendly and attentive..will definatly 're visit.

Visited on Christmas eve. Had the set menu. Beetballs for starter were very tasty! Food in general was good. Staff were great! Premises seemed OK to me. Previous negative comments but I didn't notice that. Toilets upstairs probably a good thing to point out.
Everytime I came in, I LOVED IT. I just got my TasteCard to go more frequently to Zizzi, truly.
Costumer service and service table is awesome, they were all polite and kind people asking everytime if everything was alright and good, jokes were much appreciated x

Wonderful, after a disappointing afternoon this was a welcome evening treat, the garlic bread was something else! Server was attentive, especially with the lady dining on her own to the right of us, made a real effort to make sure she was looked after and not lonely, lovely stuff! Worth a visit!
Used offer available for buy one main get one food which made the meal good value. We went for pasta, pizza x 2 and salad and that worked well followed by sharing 3 puddings amongst the 4 of us. I will admit I have had better pizza before (the calzones are good) but overall a pleasant family experience and customer service was good.
Nice place. Extremely nice wait staff. They do absolutely everything to keep the clients happy and wanting to stay longer. And it worked with me :)
The chocolate desert is a definite must-eat. I wish I had tried it earlier.
Lovely vegan garlic bread and vegan lentil ragu! Vegan cheese on pizza, not so good.
Nice food,polite service pleasant location...nothing to not like. The food is above average and good value. I have been twice and expect to return when I am next in town. Beat place to eat in downtown Stortford in my view.

They are absolutely amazing for foodallergens and diets. They have an amazing variety of glutenfree and vegan meals as well as several low calorie dishes.
It maybe a highstreet chain but the food and service received in the Stortford branch was excellent. Only just missed 5 stars as a bit short on the quantith of sea food in the 'mixto' and the linguini... but otherwise very tasty. Pinot was rather tasty aswell... chilled to perfection. Tuta bene (I think they say)

The food was AMAZING, the staff friendly and professional.

Great food, being Italian I know well what Italian food looks like. We had pizza, spaghetti and ravioli, all of them were really tasty. The staff was really kind ... For sure we will come back! Thanks Zizzi!
