Excellent beer, excellent food and a great place. Very limited offer for vegetarians though, which is very surprising and somewhat disappointing.

On holiday for a week in the cottage at the back of the pub. So nice to see an old pub thriving. Staff have all been really friendly. The interior is spacious but cosy. Beers and wines excellent and we had a lovely lunch with friends. An absolute credit to Bishops Castle! 😊😊

We've been here a few times over the years and always enjoyed our food. It's a lovely old pub with its own brewery. Cosy and welcoming. Friendly service. Excellent food.

Brilliant. Sunday roast done right. We were a table of veggies and meat people. Staff were very good to pick out the ordering of stuffing as none veg and the gravy as none veg. So thankyou for that. And the pint of three tuns! Beautiful

Went for lunch and wasn't disappointed! The food is excellent! There was a few options unavailable as they had a busy new year but still enough options to choose from. I started with the aubergine rolls which were delicious then the sweet potato burger. I'm not usually a huge fan of burgers that are made of vegetables but this was spot on. Full of flavour, fresh, homemade and the homemade chips and onion rings were perfect. My partner had the pate which he said was perfect in flavour, then the Welsh lamb steaks and said the dish was perfectly balanced with flavours, nothing was over powering other parts of the dish. Will definitely return for more culinary treats! Thanks for a fab lunch 😀

This was are favourite pub/restaurant during our stay in Bishops Castle. We ate here twice. Both times the food was delicious and the service excellent. The staff are very friendly and welcoming - the best we experienced during our stay. You feel well looked after. Even when busy the service is efficient. The beers are very good and incredible value - probably helps that they are brewed on site. £3.35 for a pint.

Excellent, reasonable price food served by friendly, helpful staff. Good selection of real ales. We had Shropshire sausage with blue cheese mash and fresh vegetables which was delicious.

A treasure in a great little town. The staff were an absolute credit to the Tuns: felt very welcome. Always acknowledged us when waiting if they were busy serving other customers. And always poured a full pint! The Triple X went down a treat. Food was great, loved the crispy pork belly and lamb steaks.

Really really good food!!!!!! I recommend absolutely everything that we had - hummus, aubergine, whitebait, mushroom soup and the risotto. Tap beer is lovely as well (try the IPA). Staff is very friend but service is kinda slow.

Called in for a meal before going to Greenway glamping in craven arms we were 5mins before 15.00 when food service finishes but the staff were very helpful and polite there were a few things not available on the menu but food was good.Oh when we went to pay the bill there was a 11 pound tax added on ? So we never payed the service bill.

I believe this to be the brewery tap for Three Tuns brewery. You can have a beer watching the comings and goings in the old brewery building. The excellent real ale was my main attraction as they serve Clerics Cure ,XXX and their other brews. Still applying strict covid precautions so it was table service. Staff were friendly helpful and attentive. A real character of a pub in a village that also has charm and character. The menu offered a good range of choices you can check this online Fantastic quality and value. It's the sort of pub where you can enjoy great beer knowing the missus is also happy.

Nice pub with friendly staff. Local beer is in tap as you would expect. Can't comment on food, but it looks decent. Always stop for a pint when in BC.

Went there as a replacement for the intended place - their kitchen was closed. The Three Tuns Inn has fantastic food ! We were there at lunch time, and no problem getting a table. Great service, with nice and polite staff. Highly recommended.
