Service was polite and prompt; food was excellent. It's clean; menu has plenty to offer; atmosphere is inviting and the little booths are great.

Trying to do something special and a little different to celebrate a birthday at this time isn't easy. Usually we'd go out but aren't feeling comfortable to do that just yet. When the leaflet for Bishop's Kitchen dropped through the letterbox it looked impressive, definitely a good incentive to try.

Excellent cafe with produce from the walled garden. Nice outdoor courtyard as well as inside
